Had Beverly Plumbing & Heating install a shower. Installer tried to cover up big gaps where the shower panels meet in the corners by using caulking. I told him not acceptable! Things should be squared and this also looked horrible! Installer then tried to use a plastic PVC quarter round to hide that his install shower was not squared. He then put plastic quarter round to cover it and said it came with the shower kit and the quarter round was in the shower box kit - not true because the PVC quarter round had a date on it which was AFTER the manufacturing date of the shower kit that I purchased myself from another company 6 months before the install and just two weeks before he even started to install it. I also called the manufacture and they advised they don't sell quarter round in the shower kit! Which means he went to a box store and bought it and then had to be deceptive about it. Contacted this company by email a week ago and advised them the installer did not remove the plastic protection film from the shower kit which means joints are not sealed and water will now penetrate - the whole entire reason we replaced the shower in the first place. NO RESPONSE to the email. No answer by phone. Dr. Hachem

I had to wait 3 weeks for an appointment and the service guy called me the day of my appointment and started he had an emergency (in the opposite direction of my home) and would be later then expected. Appointment was at 7:30 (Illinois time) he arrived at 11:30. When he arrived, he looked at my furnace and said the blower motor wasn't any good. Didnt service ANYTHING, and when asked to service the AC unit stated that it wasn't that time of year and we would have to make another appointment. We were charged $180 for information we already knew and didn't do a **** thing but pull in our driveway and get out of the van. Thanks for nothing but taking our hard earned money.

We were never contacted by this company. Clearly, they do NOT want our business. I'll never recommend them to anyone.

I called Beverly Plumbing to check a hot water heater and install a kitchen faucet at my mother's home. The office staff and crew were very courteous. The crew arrived as scheduled and provided the services requested. It doesn't get any better than this team!!

Great! Installed in a timely manner, clean up, etc. They done work for us several times. I would never call anyone else.

I hired them after a friend recommend them and also after looking them up on Angie's List. Everything turned out excellent and both technicians who came out were great. They cleaned up well after the job was complete.. In comparison to other companies, they may charge just a little more, but they provide great quality of service. They provide great customer service!

The tech came in to access the problem. He could clearly see the the drain was leaking. He then cut out the old drain and put a new one in. It didn't take more than half hour.

Would recommend again the plumber that came was very nice and worked fast.

I would use their services again in the future.

He is reasonable, knowledgeable and a really good person.

They always make time for you. If you have an emergency they will fit you in. Beverly Plumbing is family owned and they are wonderful people! I will definitely use them in the future!
