Our neighbour gave us their name. Our overall experience was good. They were easy to work with. They actually measured my yard smaller than what it was but they did it for the same price they quoted me anyway. They did not charge me extra even though it was more fencing than they had originally thought it was. They came when they said they would. They were an “A” for the price compared to the other quote I got.

Got the work done in a timely manner. The quality was very poor, used warped wood on deck, gate does not work on privacy fence . Asked for black chain link and got grey. Asked to have a door to access under deck, was installed in the wrong place, so now I can not access my water spicket under the deck without paying someone else to put in another door for me. A few months after the job the door to privacy fence is falling down because they did not properly cement in the post. Post missing on deck railing so it is now not sturdy. Never came back to complete finishing touches, post tops. Got in touch with them and Tom came out to check out the problems early April 2014, said he would come back and fix the issues, but have not heard from him since.

Once I got the owner and crew here - it took 3 months - Tom had some great ideas, including having the fence actually follow the very rough terrain. He knew the fence was to contain my 3 dogs safely and securely, allow a view of my large 50x 80 ft pond thru the fence, have a height of 5 feet and be attractive. He accomplished all that, hands down. It was worth the wait. I would definitely hire him again and have recommended him to my friends.

It was a challenge to get any other company to come to our address north of Spencer. Tom showed up shortly after our call. He has always worked with us on getting what is best for the money we have had available. The challenge has been call backs when weather delayed a project, and keeping on top of the situation. If you make sure that you keep the lines of communication open, this is a great company for the money. Lowe's wanted to charge us 3 times the amount, and never even showed up to perform an estimate. All of the other companies never showed up, and never called back.

Tom and his crew are nice people and I always thought they worked hard, but there were several issues. First, it's hard to get an exact timeframe on when things will start or be completed. Several times I had to call and ask when they would begin as I needed to request time off at work. Second, his crew left small fencing shards all around where they tore down the old fence and erected the new fence. This required about an hour of my time combing through the grass looking for these metal shards so that my dogs and tires didn't find them. I also found cigarette butts from his crew. Third, I had asked for some old fencing and posts to be cut that were in the way of the fence and hauled off, but they failed to take all of that fencing and all of those posts. I ended up taking the fencing in to be recycled and called Tom back to have the posts removed. Finally, as they were leaving the last day, I noticed that some sections did not have the bottom tension wire. I pointed this out to the worker and he said that they didn't have any wire left and would come back at some point in the future to fix that. I then pointed out some sections that didn't even have the tension wire clip and he seemed surprised that I noticed that. No timeframe was given on when they'd be back. They did eventually come back and fix those parts, but I was not home. The workers were super nice and easy-going, and worked quickly, but seemed to take a lot of breaks. If you do go with this company, be sure to be crystal clear on what you need done and read over the estimate and proposal before signing to ensure that everything is clearly spelled out. Then keep your copy and show it to the crewman and check throughout the job to ensure everything is going to plan - basically micromanaging. I wouldn't recommend them, but their prices might be right for you if you have the time and patience.

They might complete the work by today or tomorrow. They've been excellent. I wanted a fairly unique fence and not just the privacy fences that they have in the neighborhood. I think the guys name is Tom who runs the place. He worked with me and he came up with a design that was really nice. The workers are right now building the fence. They've been working with me really well on deciding where to put the gate and discussing the various aspects of what they were doing. They are doing an excellent job. I think their price is very competitive. I had another quote and that quote was $4100 but this came in at $2800.
