Mike replaced our two garage doors by himself and he did everything right. Quality workmanship by a real professional. He also charged us much less than two of the bigger companies quoted.

Mike installed our garage door and the opener in 1996, and we called him yesterday because our remotes and outdoor panel stopped working. He came promptly at 9am this morning and quoted us on a new unit, since the other was so old, and I wanted smart capabilities. His price was very fair and in just over an hour, our new opener was up and running. If you need a new door, or a new opener, he's the guy to call.

The job went very well. Mike was professional in every respect from punctuality to expert installation. It's been a long time since we have had a project go this smoothly. If the need arises, we will use J&L Garage Door again.

We woke up this morning to find our garage door half up on one side, and down on the other. The spring was broken and one of the roller had broken. I called J&L around 8:00, and he said he could be there by 10. He actually got there at 9:35 and was finished by 10! How often does a repair person not only show up on time, but actually a little early!? Mike was fast, efficient, friendly and professional. Will definitely use again (hopefully not for awhile), and will recommend to family/friends.

We needed an entirely new garage door when we moved I to our new house, and Mike was AMAZING! Professional and quick to respond. I have never been more impressed with someone's professionalism.

Garage door opener has had issues for the past two years. It was always a guessing game if it was going to work or not. I have had it repaired twice. Early Saturday morning, it would not open the garage door all the way, then would not close. On Monday, I called the repair place that I had used in the past and was told that they no longer worked on residential garage doors, but they referred me to Mike at Jand L Garage Door. I called Mike and left a message. He returned my call within 20 minutes and was very polite. I discussed the issue, told him it was not an emergency and we arranged for him to come out the next day (Tues) around 10 a.m. He called on Tuesday around 8:30 and asked if it would be ok for him to get to my house around 9:00. Great! Once he I arrived, I explained the issue again and told him of my frustration with the opener. I then asked him how much a new one would cost and if he could install a new one. He said and quot;absolutelyand quot; and quoted me a price. I expected that he would make the repair and come back at a later date to install the new one, but he surprised me when he stated he could do it all right then. He replaced the opener, the keyless entry and the wall mounted door control in a very short amount of time. He also was kind enough to program the remote in my vehicle. I showed him the bottom door seal and he agreed to replace it. I was very pleased with his work, his demeanor, his appearance and his willingness to do those extras that I had not mentioned earlier to him. I will definitely use his services again, if needed, and will refer him to anyone who needs some repairs done on their garage door.
