He did an awesome job! He came out even after closing time, when they didn’t really have an opening till Monday, & he made sure everything was taken care of in a timely manner. Very professional & I am very pleased with his job so well done!

They were prompt and got here when they said they would. They did what they said they would. They are nice people and helped me out like they said they would.

They are nice and if I have questions to ask they are great in answering them.

I use them about every 2 or 3 years. They are here when they say they will be and they do what they say they're going to do.

They did a good job. The guy that comes to do it is a nice guy and they were on time when they told me they'd be here. I've used them several times.

It ended up costing a little more because we had more than a 1,000 gallon tank that needed pumped, but I knew that was possible going into it since the lady who scheduled my appointment told me that up front. They also gave me some information about replacing the sump pump which I greatly appreciated. Very relieved to have all of this taken care of before the holidays!

I called at 9:40am and they were here and done by 10:40am. I have used AA SEPTIC service since 1986. They are family owned and they are ALWAYS pleasant and prompt. Good people to deal with. I'm thankful for their service.

Found AA septic here on Angie's List. Needed tank cleaned out. They arrived right on time for appointment. They were courteous and friendly as well as professional. They got the job done quickly and thoroughly.

They broke the top access cover and left it that way I had to make a wooden cover.

When we called to find out about getting our septic system cleaned out, the receptionist was very professional. She told us exactly what the cost would be for the basic service. She also explained special conditions and what the cost would be for those. They asked when we would like for them to come and worked around our schedule. On the day of the appointment, the serviceman arrived promptly. They were courteous and professional and completed the job quickly. We were very pleased with their service and will definitely use them again in the future.

They were able to finish the job of pumping out the septic tank in approximately thirty minutes to an hour and on time. Overall excellent work.

The office staff was very knowledgeable about price, service, etc... something that the others companies I called were not. I was able to schedule an appointment with them right away, they called to let me know they were on the way and arrived very promptly. The service tech was helpful and knowledgeable and very friendly. We are new to the area and never had a septic system before, so I was picking his brain a lot. Will certainly keep their name and number as well as refer others to them.

Instead of charging us a bunch of money, they told us what to do.

We just purchased a home and wanted to get the septic tank pumped out. I called to schedule about a week before the service date. The office was very quick to return calls. They called about 30min before arriving. Took about 30min total. Very friendly and professional. No problems and will use in the future.

Great. Recently moved into a new home, we had no idea where the septic tank access was (the tank inspection, prior to purchase, was conducted in our absence). So I called AA Septic, who had previously performed the inspection, and asked that they come out to locate the tank, pump it, and provide a tutorial for its maintenance. Kristin (super helpful) was able to locate the prior report (from April 2009) and coordinated for service the same day. Two professional, clean-cut, friendly guys arrived within 2 hours on the perhaps the hottest day of the year. They explained everything in terms that I understood. Total cost was $225, which is standard for pumping of a septic tank of our size. We will definitely use them again and recommend them highly.

Went great! They arrived on time, found the tank without any trouble. Final bill was exact as estimate. They did a great job of answering my questions and explaining how the process works and how the septic system works.

I called AA in the morning and they were out that afternoon! Our drains were running slow and backing up a little bit. We weren't sure exactly what the problem was but hadn't had our septic pumped since we moved in 4 years ago so hoped this would solve it. They charged a little extra to dig out the tank lid. It only took them 30 minutes start to finish - they hardly spent any time pumping. He told me we only had a 300 gallon tank, but they charge $225 up to 1,000 gallons. For us it seemed a little pricey, but for anyone with a 1,000 gallon tank, I think their prices are more than reasonable. A good experience all around - my drains are flushing fine now - all I'm worried about!

Called AA septic in the afternoon, and they came out the following morning. Showed up on time, worked quickly and efficiently, and pricing was exactly as described over the phone. I originally thought I might need an inspection (at a cost of $125), but the gentleman who came out said that my system appeared to be working very well and that an inspection was not necessary. I really appreciated the honest advice.

This was an emergency need on a Friday. I called and Darlene worked us in their schedule for that day as they were pretty full already. I couldn't ask for any better service than I received from this family-owned business. I have already recommended them to my next door neighbor who had a need the following week and AA was very responsive to my neighbor as well.

AA Septic came out right on time to take care of the job. I didn't exactly know where our tank was located, but he got out his "poker thing" and it was quickly found. My husband and I actually didn't know much at all about our septic system. We bought our house recently and knew that it had one and that was about it. The young man from AA Septic explained everything to me about how the system works, what we should do to prolong the life of the system, etc. He also showed me where I need to turn some handles to open one pipe system and close the other every 6 months. Our found that our pump had also stopped working. He explained that he would be happy to bring a new pump out and install it, but that I could just as easily get a pump at a home improvement store and install it myself. He told me the type of pump that I needed and then how to take the old pump out and put the new one in. It was messy (and stinky) but I was able to do it with minimal hassle and A LOT less expensively thanks to this honest young man. The cost for the job was a little more expensive that I was quoted (about $80 more) because our tank was totally full and they emptied out more than was usually emptied at one time. I really enjoyed the experience and will not hesitate to use this company again.

He got it done in a timely manner, so we could use the water, which I really appreciated. He took time to explain the situation and how to increase longevity of the part. He also followed up with us as requested to ensure our overall satisfaction.

They cleaned out the septic tank. It was pretty easy. They said they'd be here at ten; they showed up, they pumped it out - and away they went. It was good experience.

The young man arrived during a thunderstorm, and asked if I wanted to postpone the service. I asked him to go ahead, and he did. He searched and found the tank, and we dug it up together in pouring rain. He did a great job, and I appreciate the fact that he was willing to work in such conditions. After he left, I had questions about the billing, and called the office. The owner called me back and was very professional, and explained the charges completely. I am very happy with the service provided, and will definitely use them again, and would recommend them to anyone who needs this service.

I have used James many times in the past. He is always on time, very knowledgeable and friendly. No mess.
