Description of Work: *Will Not Take New Customers.* Had to call 3 times to get an answer. When someone did answer the lady sounded irritated she had to answer. Her immediate response to my request for service was "Are you a previous customer?". I told her no and she said they are not taking new customers.

Description of Work: The Appliance man came and checked out our 17 year old Maytag washer and dryer. Nice guy. Smart. He checked the dryer nad vacuumed out the inside after partly disassembling it. Checked grounding and temperature. Checked overflowing/leaking washer...partially disassembled. Took him about two minutes to figure out the cause and fix it. Ran the washer through it's cycles to makle sure it was OK while he was working on the dryer. Efficient, courteous. Good sense of humor. Service call was $60 and added $10 for fixing the washer (just trimmed a piece of plastic with a pocket knife) and cleaning iside of the dryer).

Description of Work: Kevin did a great job repairing my dishwasher. He was fast and friendly. I would use him again and have used him in the past to repair my washing machine. I received the same service before as I did this time. A GREAT JOB.
