somethings worked out superbly and some are still being tested. They probably deserve a "A. "I just need time to decide. They are clearly very knowledgeable.

Unfortunately the computer part cost as much as a new washer, but I appreciated their prompt response and professionalism.

The technician arrived on time (a little early, in fact), soon diagnosed the problem and had the parts for repair on his truck. Everything went very well.

My mom had her washing machine and her disposal repaired by The Appliance Man on separate occasions. She also had them come for her dishwasher, which ended up not being broken and was a matter of flipping a switch to get it running again. She is guessing on the cost of one of the repairs ($65), but cannot remember which it was for as it was a few years ago. When I called yesterday about my washer, I spoke with Sherman and he was incredibly helpful. I will be calling The Appliance Man for my repairs in the future.

They were very responsive and came out the next day. We opted for their first available appointment. They were in and out in less than 30 minutes and left the place looking better than when they arrived. They could have suggested we get a new ice maker like other companies did but instead they just fixed the issue.

I called and got someone right away. While they said they couldn't necessarily be there that day, they added me to the schedule and said they'd call that day or the next 30 minutes before. I was called four hours later and had someone at my door 15 minutes after that. (I could have gotten a scheduled appointment, but didn't want to wait.) The tech was polite, responsive, and even laughed at my bad jokes. My dryer was repairable, but it would have cost a lot of money to fix. Together, the decision was made to not fix the dryer. I appreciated the honest answer, when it would have been more profitable for them to fix the dryer. This has gained my loyalty.

Kevin fixed my malfunctioning frig door hinge with a simple adjustment in about 15 minutes. Another company had told me over the phone that it could not be fixed, and that I needed to buy a new frig. Saved me thousands of dollars! Moral of the Story: Always get a second opinion from Kevin, or better yet just call him first.

My dishwasher had developed a loud vibrating sound. The technician came out on 3/15/16 and ran it through a complete cycle. There was no vibrating sound and all the connections checked out. The owner called approximately one week later to make sure I was satisfied with the service since no problem was found. He told me there would be no charge for a return visit within thirty days. The vibrating noise came back and I called on the thirtieth day to schedule a return visit. He instructed me to have a full load and to start the dishwasher as soon as the technician called to tell me he was on his way. The technician again monitored the complete cycle and found the problem, an unusual situation caused by detergent buildup on the middle arm spray. There was no charge for the second visit. We've used The Appliance Man in the past and will definitely use him again for all our repair needs. They always do a great job.

I placed my call Monday morning, left a message. Andre called me back within about an hour and a half and we discussed the water leaking into the tub even when the washer was not in use. He thought it sounded like it needed a new valve. Andre then went and purchased the part since he did not have it available on his truck, came to my house and repaired my washing machine very quickly and easily! I was thrilled to have my problem resolved in approximately 4 hours of my initial call! And I got a Senior Discount! He was very professional and thorough--would definitely use The Appliance Man again!

The Appliance Man went out of his way to help me fix a problem without getting anything out of for himself (except my gratitude and word of mouth recommendations for future appliance repairs). I would definitely trust him to do a professional job based on my experiences.

I phoned to schedule a service call. Dishwasher was holding water. The gentleman set up a time, but suggested I check the catch next to the faucets - it could be clogged. I did so and there was a piece of plastic stuck in the small opening. I took it out and ran the dishwasher. It now drains. I want to thank them for their suggestion, which saved me a actual service call. I will keep them on my list for the future. Thank you.

Went very well. I had sent an email through Angie's list. I received a call two hours later. We scheduled a time. Provider was prompt, polite (and dealt well with my two big dogs when they somehow got out of the mudroom to come see him). He showed me exactly what the problem was and went about fixing it quickly. The whole process took 1.5 hours and he charged $100 which adds up to about $55 an hour plus parts which is par for the course ($50-60 per hour + parts is the average for these kinds of services). All in all, a very pleasant experience. I would highly recommend this provider.

Was contacted very quickly after submitting a request online. Repairs would have happened sooner if I had been able to respond to their calls faster as I was out of town. Set an appointment and a repairman came out to the house on time and did a great job diagnosing the problem and providing information as to how and why the problem arose. I also felt the first person I talked with who might have been Kevin provided great information about how my brand of refrigerator may have acted up or broke down. I was impressed that they didn't "sell the fear" where contractors sometimes paint a much worse picture looking to upsell more work and sell more parts. The price was fair and so far after three months the refrigerator is working great! Would use again.

I sent a text message to the number that was provided to request assistance with a dishwasher that is not draining properly. They responded an hour later saying that they are not taking new clients because they are having trouble keeping up with their current jobs. My request is not urgent, but they didn't care to ask me if my job could wait. I guess it's a good problem to have too much business, but rejecting requests outright is not a good business practice and I won't be using this company in the future.

They were able to fix the issue in about and hour. We would highly recommend them. They came out the same day I called and were very efficient and fairly priced.

Very professional. Showed up on time and got to the problem quickly. No doubt, as I watched he knew what he was doing and had me back doing the wash in no time. I will definitely use his service if needed again.

They didnt mention on the phone that their was a service charge. It seemed like their was a sub contractor that performed the work. He was fast and courteous. The tech was friendly. It would be helpful if they mentioned the service charge and if the tech is an employee or sub contractor on the call.

My HE front loading washer quit working on a Sunday. I checked Angie's List on Monday and texted this company. I received a response right away. The repairman contacted me the next day via text and was very accommodating on being able to come out. We made an appointment but he was able to meet me even earlier. He quickly diagnosed the issue and fixed the problem. He was very professional and took care to make sure he didn't leave a mess.

On my first contact the provider obtained the model number of my range, and I described the problem (a non-working burner knob). The provider ordered the part, and two weeks later the installer called, and came to install the part the same day. He was punctual, knowledgable, personable and quick. I thought the service was reasonably priced, given that the part cost $90, and that they came to my home for repair work. I would use this service again in a heartbeat!
