Description of Work: While on vacation My son told me that the dishwasher wasn't working properly. I Called the gentleman & made appt. My wife said he came in and inspected the appliance. Thoroughly and told her that it was working fine. He left without charge. If I have another issue I will call him again.

Description of Work: OUR SAMSUNG FRONT LOAD WASHER MADE A LOUD "BANG" NOISE DURING A SPIN CYCLE. DURING SUBSEQUENT SPIN CYCLES,THE MACHINE WOULD GIVE OFF AN ASENDING THUMPING NOISE. THE REPAIRMAN SAID THAT IS NORMAL FOR A SAMSUNG AND RECORDED "UNABLE TO VERIFY THE COMPLAINT!" HE WAS VERY NEGATIVE ON SAMSUNG PRODUCTS. HE NEVER OPENED OUR MACHINE TO SEE IF SOMETHING WAS AMISS. Description of Work: Sent an e-mail on Sunday describing the problem and they got back with me promptly. Called on Monday and made an appointment. Dave called Tuesday morning saying he would be there in a two hour period then called once again before arriving. Spent about 30 minutes fixing the problem. Great service. Would definitely use again.
