Description of Work: Had them repair dryer, refrigerator handle and evaluate washer. They completed the dryer and refrigerator and advised that washer would be more efficient to replace. Very happy with their work and value.

If the washer was worth repair we would of liked to repair it as we are in the repair business but we like to be honest and not have you stuck with an expensive repair on something that would not hold up. WE HAD USED THEM BEFORE AND THEY ARE A VERY PROFESSIONAL COMPANY. I'LL USE THEM AGAIN. HE WAS POLITE AND COURTEOUS. WE WERE HAVING SOME TROUBLE WITH OUR DISHWASHER AND AT NO EXTRA CHARGE HE LOOKED AT IT AND SAID THERE WAS NOTHING WRONG, HE SAID WE JUST NEEDED TO TRY USING LESS SOAP.

HE WAS ON TOP OF HIS GAME, VERY PROFESSIONAL. HE KNEW WHAT HE WAS DOING. HE NEVER LEFT ME HANGING AS FAR AS THE WORK WAS CONCERNED. HE FOUND THE PROBLEM AND SAID HE WOULD HAVE THE PARTS THE NEXT DAY. HE RETURNED THE NEXT DAY AT THE TIME HE SAID HE WOULD BE HERE. HE FIXED THE PROBLEM THEN LEFT.
