Great, Kody was polite and professional, I would highly recommend him.

They were prompt, efficient, cleaned up after himself. He was their dryer specialist! I got him from Angie's List! Excellent communication beforehand with appointment reminders! It Was well worth the money as he was very informative.

On 3/6/19 we called for a washer repair. Their service charge is $75 to come out. They used zip ties to fix it (which I can appreciate an easy cheap fix IF it’s effective). Our washer broke again on 4/5/19 for which we were charged ANOTHER service fee but this time it was $105 and the repair person did the same thing with zip ties. And AGAIN it broke. On 4/23/19 the owner came out and actually replaced the pump. I shared my frustration with having 2 service fees already and how unfair that was when the issue was never properly addressed. The pump was installed for no additional fee since I had already paid for it through multiple service fees. Fast forward to 7/14/19 and guess what?! It’s broke again. Only this time with some google searches I find that there is a recall on this washer with free repair and warranty for 1 full year afterwards. For a business that services washers, I would have thought they would know there were 3 million machines and over 34 models recalled by Samsung. Interestedly enough on our last invoice it says Samsung recall with the pump replacement. After finding out about this recall I called and spoke to the owner, actually he just yelled. His temperament escalated very quickly yelling about how for $180 for pump replacement I got a “good deal”. Not sure how being out $180, 3 service calls to end up with a broken washer that’s under recall is a good deal. He stated if the pump is still under warranty (90 days) that he would come back out but would need to charge me labor fees! I’m not sure he was listening through his yelling and blaming me for “maybe something I washed in it” to hear that this model is under recall! The recall which includes major safety issues with the top coming detached from the machine! I relayed how disappointed I was that the ball was dropped twice in using his company to which he replied “my tech dropped the ball, I picked it up and ran with it”. As an owner the responsibility shouldn’t be deflected to a tech. The conversation yielded nothing other than him yelling/deflecting/blaming rather than listening to my concerns. It was highly inappropriate and certainly not what I would expect from a professional company. I’m equally troubled by the service I received and the way I was treated when bringing this to the attention of the owner. Needless to say I won’t be using this company nor would I suggest anyone use them. Even if there wasn’t a recall after 3 service calls and just out of the 90 day warranty I’d still have a broken washer. We trust an appliance company that services our appliances to know more about them than we do, this just isn’t the case with the Appliance Man.

Andre, the owner, was great. Very timely in arrival and very efficient in his work. He was very personable and friendly...easy to talk to. The coin catcher in the front load Frigidaire washer was clogged and wouldn't fully spin or drain. He very quickly went to work. Not only was he quick with getting to work, but the repair was very reasonably priced. Would definitely call him for future repairs, and will gladly recommend to family and friends.

Ronnie was wonderful in every way ... on time, courteous, friendly and professional. Got the problem diagnosed quickly, had the part on his truck, and finished the repair without delay. He also helped me remove the vent hose and clean excess lint. Price was very reasonable - I will certainly call The Appliance Man in the future!

Fine. Remove blockage from disposal. Quick review of washer / dryer and education on machines and proper care.

Too expensive to fix. I elected to tape the ice door shut and not use it.

Very happy with service and personnel. Arrived on time and got problem solved. Tech shared advise on how to avoid future problems.

It was great Andre knew exactly what the problem was and fixed it quickly. My dryer sounds like a brand new dryer. I will most definitely hire the Appliance Man again for any future needs and will be recommending them to anyone I know who needs an appliance repaired.

From speaking with the quick and kind receptionist, to the prompt arrival of Andre (owner and serviceman), I was pleased with the entire process of dealing with The Appliance Man! They found the issue with the dishwasher and removed and replaced the faulty part quickly and effectively. I will always use this company when I have problems with my appliances.

We contacted The Appliance Man over the weekend and was able to schedule an appointment for Monday. He was able to troubleshoot the issue quickly and found the part locally. We scheduled an appointment just a few days later to install the part. Installation was completed quickly and the washer was working great!

I’ve used this company for many years and I’ve recommended them to all my co-workers and friends. They provide amazing customer service and get the job done quickly. If you need an appliance fixed I wouldn’t hesitate to call on Andre and his team of Technicians.

Excellently. Replaced a fuse for the heating element which turned out to be faulty. The return visit was prompt and at no charge. Appreciated the honesty in that a fuse is a lot less costly to replace than a heating element. Quite sure that not all repair services would have been so honest. Recommend highly!

Figuered out what was wrong and replaced the part in a short while. Price was a bit high.

My LG gas dryer started making a loud noise after only 16 months since new. After accessing interior, Andre, the repair tech, noticed abnormal wear on the drum and front rollers, possibly due to a manufacturing defect. He quickly figured out how to use the existing parts to extend the life of the dryer without resorting to expensive new parts. I was impressed with his honesty and knowledge and highly recommend him and his company for appliance repairs.

My only problem was in getting the appointment. A technician was suppose to call to set up the appointment, but did not. It was right before a weekend, so I had to wait until the next week to call back. An appointment was made for later that week, which was kept. I would have rated them an "A" across the board, except for the problem with making the appointment.

It went well. The service man was prompt, very nice, and truthful about repairs. I would recommend this company to anyone.

So awesome! Texted company the night it happened and asked to respond in the morning to let me know if they had availability the next day. Texted me back early that morning and put me on the "first available" list. Told me where I could get dry ice. :) Had a technician on the way by 11:30, arrived about noon and had it fixed before 12:30. So thankful!
