They were great! They arrived promptly to try to find the leak. Didn't charge me anything when they looked at it the first time (the dishwasher wasn't leaking while they were here). I called again when it leaked later that day and they came back with a part the next day. They fixed it quickly and I haven't had any issues since! Price was extremely reasonable and fair. Very professional, kind, and courteous. We'll definitely use them again! Highly recommended.

My sister needed some one to check out the problem below. She said they did a great job! New garbage disposal quit working and so did dishwasher. Guys came out and fixed the problem. Their was a Plug that needed to be remove. Would hire again!

Service was prompt and professional. I have used this service several times in the past several years and have always had excellent results!

Very fast service. I left a message authorizing service and expected someone to contact me to schedule a service date later in the week. I was gone the next morning when the technician called and asked my husband if they could come over immediately. By the time I got home, the dishwasher was working perfectly. My husband said Mike and Kody were very nice and very professional. They had to go out to get a part but returned promptly. The total cost was within the "normal" range I was given by Cassie, who took down my information and answered all of my preliminary questions. I am definitely saving their contact information!

Provider repaired dryer. He checked washer for a squeaky noise and discovered the problem. He told me many washers of this brand have a 'cap' that sometimes makes this noise when in a wash cycle with a full load of clothes. But he also said it was nothing that would cause a big problem. He also repaired the icemaker on my older refrigerator. They arrived at my door when they said the would. They were professional - very courteous.

The technician from the company, came-out the next day, after I initially called for service. He arrived on time and took no more than a half-hour to complete the repair. The overall cost was reasonable. The service was top-notch.

Having described the broken parts on first call, the repairman had all necessary things with him. Took a proper amount of time to do do a proper job and then some. Very satisfied with results. Although the charge was perhaps high, I feel I got the good results I paid for.

The work was great. They did the repair on the washer and then came back the next day for the dryer as they had to get the part. The work was done quickly and they worked well with me. They came at the times they said they would.

I scheduled an appointment a week in advance and was asked to give a three-hour window during which I wanted the repair technician to arrive. I was told he would call before coming to my home. The three-hour window came and went. No one called or showed up. I called at the end of the window and got no answer at the office. I left a message asking if I should still be expecting someone to arrive that day. I left that message on a Wednesday afternoon. Today is Saturday of the same week, and I've never heard from anyone.

The Appliance Man put in a new circuit board and also changed the water and air filters, I had looked at prices for the filters on line and noted that The Appliance Man did not mark up the cost of the filters at all-in fact, we saved money.

Andre Jones was very professional and explained that the part was plastic and would break easily. He had to return the next day to replace the part. After he left there was a minor problem and he returned promptly to fix it.

Refrigerator quit working. Replaced several parts. He had everything on the truck which made for a quick repair. Showed up on a weekend when it is hard to find someone. Nice man. Worked quickly and efficiently. Will use him again.

He came in and got to work immediately. He told me the approximate cost before starting and gave me a senior discount as advertised. Very pleasant, polite and clean. No mess left behind and my washer is now working fine. I will definitely recommend this company at our next HOA.

They fixed the issue quickly. I was very happy with their service and will definitely use them again in the future. The price included replacing a leaky water hose, so the service call was actually more like $80.

They replaced a malfunctioning board in our refrigerator that caused it to stop cooling. I did have to call twice because I didn't receive a call back the first time. However, once they responded, they were fast and efficient. The bulk of the price was the computerized board for the refrigerator, so labor wasn't much. Professionalism only downgraded because it was nearly two months before they sent the bill, as they did not have invoices with them when they came to fix the appliance. All in all, a good experience when our refrigerator was not working properly.

When I called, they immediately set up a convenient time for a service call. The repairman arrived on time, quickly determined the problem (a tripped thermal fuse), quoted me a price, and fixed the problem. He found that the vent was clogged and we remedied that. I was very pleased.

My washer decided to croak right before a business trip so I needed someone fast so I could finish the load of dress clothes that were sitting in a tub of water. Later that day they had someone out the belt was replaced with the expectation that it may be a motor but he didn't want to push any additional parts on an old unit. Was able to get through that load with the belt however the next go around it appeared it was indeed the motor on it's last leg. After a call and a couple days the motor was ordered and installed with very little labor charge.

They were great to work with and professional. Will definitely use them again when there is a need and recommend them to friends and family.

Very nice....second time this service has been here to work on an appliance...excellent service...replaced the thermostate and some bearings in my 12 year old dryer...also put in a new wall vent connection. Always feel confident when he is here.

Called to let me know he was on his way and confirmed address. He had to disassemble the dryer to identify the problem. He left briefly to get a part (it's an old dryer), returned and quickly finished the job. He was very polite, didn't waste any time, and left the space clean. We will definitely call him again if we need a large appliance repair. The price was very reasonable and certainly beats buying a new machine!

The Appliance Man was able to send someone out the same day that I called. Fixed the problem, no fuss, no muss, dishwasher back in service. I wish I had known about these guys when my washing machine broke.

We just signed up for Angie's List and looked up appliance repair. We called and the repair man came to our home within an hour of our phone call. We did not expect such quick service. He was efficient and professional. Wow our oven was working again in less than 40 minutes. Great service!

CaLled on Thursday. Kevin texted me Friday morning he would be at house between 11am-1pm. Texted me at 11:30am he was on the way. Kevin arrived and asked me to describe problem. Took dishwasher drain apart to clean out trash. Took several tries to get drain and motor cleared out and working. A week latter dishwasher still working great. Kevin is very knowledgeable, effeicent. I highly recommend Kevin and Appliance Man and will call him with any future appliance issues.

Andre and Cody came the same day I called. They were very polite and did the work in a short time. I definitely will call The Appliance Man if I need repair service in the future.
