 + -1 moreEveryone I dealt with was very nice. The lady in the office gave me a quote over the phone and the price was right in the quote range, no surprises which I appreciated. The two electricians that did the work were very friendly and professional. They were a little late but they did the work quickly and I would not hesitate to use them again for a different job.
Description of Work: Installed a new outside receptacle and ran a new line for an outside ceiling fan with switch.

 + -1 moreThey showed up on the day they said they would, spent 2 days installing the new service/box. They were very professional and answered all our questions. Would recommend them for any electric work.
Description of Work: Updated our service from 100 amp to 200 amp. Installed new pole/meter and trenched new line from the meter behind our house to the new breaker box inside. They also installed 4 new fire alarms per code.

 + -1 moreI thought the estimate was good over all, and the pricing they offered was reasonable. The person who did the estimate was very nice and I understand that they are a small company and might have just been swamped. It would have been great if they had called me back and told me they were very busy.
Description of Work: I called them to get an estimate. My HVAC person called them twice as well. The receptionist never called back, and when I finally got an estimate scheduled they never showed up. After my second attempt to get an estimate they finally came out and did the estimate for me. The estimate was to put in a new circut braker panel.
