My friend just had a home built in Ellingsworth Commons by Premier Homes. I went with her to do the first walk through with a couple of Premier employees. We marked everything that needed fixed with blue tape. We also pointed out that she had ordered all brushed nickel fixtures, but they used oil rubbed bronze in the bathtub drain and and overflow plate. The shower head and faucet were the brushed nickel though. The project manager tried to tell us that all of the homes are done that way now - bull! When I asked him to show me in the other homes that were still being constructed, he wouldn't. The next visit the blue tape had been pulled off, but repairs had not been done. Other than the dented fascia on the gutters of the front porch was fixed by halfway nailing a new piece over the damaged piece instead of it being replaced. The day of closing for the final walk through the repairs still were not completed and the house wasn't cleaned. They told her they weren't paying to replace the bronze tub parts. She had to put up a fight to get that done right! There were so many other things done substandard that it is too much to list! The bottom line is if you are thinking about using Premier Homes think twice. They do not do quality work or treat their customers well!

we will start with the outside the sod was layed over nothing but rock co topsoil the side yard is not graded so water pools on it the roof had to be fixed three times as when it was windy it flaped and sounded like a horse running on it moving inside the bathroom wall is bowed out so much it is cracked the cabinmets have only one nail holding some shelves.so nothing can be stored on them.the door to the garage looks like it was picked up from some dump and put up.the hardwook floors we payed for were the type that just locks together but they had them glued down making it impossible to repair. the sink in the kitchen drips and the hot water takes over two mins to get warm so you can take a bath or shower we had the plumbers out here three times and on the sink they said they would order the part its been three months and no parts on the hot water they say they would go back and talk to the boss and decide how to fix it as there was two or three ways they could do it.well three months later and they are still talking i guess..these things would not be so bad if the people working for the builder had not come to the house and tell us they would fix these things right away again it has been three months and nothing has been done. a company is only as good as there word and so far this companys word is lousy. i could list a lot more but i think you get the picture. it has been so bad i am making a vidio and pictures to post on utube and facebook very soon...
