Called first thing on Thursday morning and they gave us a window of 11:00 - 1:00. They arrived around 11:15 after we received a call that they were on the way. After examining the water heater and determining that it needed to be replaced, they left to get the unit and came back right away. The job was done by 1:00 to our satisfaction.

He was honest, told me how much it was going to be and would tell me if anything extra needed to be done. Did what he said he would and did most of the work by himself. Really respected him.

Not happy with work. don't remember exact date it was after my husband passed away. unable to determine how to stop leak so disconnected water to bathtub. Cut large hole in wall. Hole is still there.

They had given me an estimate which was right on traget. They were prompt and very professional. They did a great job and I would certainly use them again.

Requested a quote from Onsite Plumbing Heating and Air through Angie's list (using 'email provider' button) on Sept 19, 2012. Sent a second request on Sept 22. It is now Sept 28th and still have not been contacted by the company. If they won't even reply to a request how could I ever trust that they will be punctual or professional when providing the actual service?

Onsite came when scheduled, reinstalled lines for pedestal sinks, put in the sinks and faucets, drilled extra hole in stainless steel kitchen sink to accommodate the faucet we had purchased, put in both kitchen sinks and faucets. They did have to come back once to tighten a connection under one of the sinks, but did not charge us. They were responsive and had a good attitude. Professional company in our experience.

We had the same job done previously by another company. Onsite exceeded what had been done then by making the necessary adjustment in the basement. We are hopeful that this will solve what has been an ongoing problem. They came out same day and performed the work quickly and well. Will definitely call on them again if/when the need should arise.

I looked them up on Angie's List and called them. They came and did it. I used them for the first time. Everything went very well. I'll call them back again. I had no idea who to call. I pulled them on the list and got them. They were great. I had a bigger sewer bill, but the guy told me how to even take care of that. He was good. I thought his price was very reasonable. He had to dig up the front yard. They had to fix the leak and fill it back in. His price was great. I've been fighting with the sewer bill for so long. He told me how to go about fighting it. He said good luck with the water company, but better luck with the sewer company. We had water leak here and the water company charged us for the water. Sewer company's bill turned to have tons of what water we used. If we get a kick back from the water company because they didn't plan on that leak and then go to the sewer company and ask for more than that. They didn't come into the house or anything, but I would give them an A on everything. I expected to get a $1000 bill. They were reliable. They saved me more money than I knew. They were punctual as they said that they would be here in 30 minutes and they were here in 15. It was 5'O clock. I don't know how to grade a plumber, but they did their job. They were efficient and they were on time.

This was a repeat of the same problem I had on Thanksgiving Day the year before, I haven't had any further problems since the lastest repair. First repair was done by a different plumber. Onsite gave me a senior discount.

Arrived on time. Pleasant to deal with. Got the work done quickly.

Had a leak at the water meter in front of the house. They came out within 30 minutes, tightened up a connector at the meter, and informed me that the meter itself was also leaking. They said this should be reported to the water company, which I did. While here, Will gave me an estimate to install a new disposal and modify the existing plumbing under the sink to eliminate a problem we've had since moving into the house.

The young man ( A Navy veteran) seemed to well informed on technology of today. After he was done, he said the humidifier hasn't worked for a long time. I said I figured that as our skin was very dry in the winter. The other company worked on it three times last season and charged service call on the last one and it still didn't work. Onsite said he will come back when it is colder and fix it. He said it seems to be in the switch. He had a personable personality and he turned the heat on which I thought we would smell that awful smell that we used to get and was surprised that we had no smell and no itchy throat or eyes. This must have been the clean job at the top of the scale. He also came in with covers for his shoes. His name is Greg and he was not one you dread to have in your house. I used to have to put towels down and the man still missed them. No more towels, smell with Onsite.

I was going to use a frequently called on plumber and my son told me about Onsite doing his house. He said let him give you a quote first before I hire the other. I'm glad I did as it saved me big bucks. The work was done on time and the two men were clean and personable. There was some water mess in the basement but the other plumber that I used before also left a similar mess. It wasn't a big deal. He used a brand called Zoeller which is a good brand.

Work was fine, billing was not. They were paid in full that night and are now trying to charge me more for coming back 2 months later to finish what they started. They claim they had to put 4 tons of dirt in my yard to fill in hole that had sunk. I have a patio home, my yard couldn't hold 4 tons of dirt. Checked so-called dirt, and it's full of rock, glass, and brick. I'm sure they used 4 tons of dirt somewhere, but I'm not paying for it. If they had finished the night they started, would've been no extra charge. Am still arguing with them about extra charges. Can never speak with a manager.
