We have used them years ago. It was just outside spraying, the doorways and the garage. They don?t give an exact time when they are going to show up. You have to wait for them. He got in early before I expected him to be here. He seemed knowledgeable on everything except for the sting bugs. But he called somebody who was aware of the problem. He was very friendly and he completed his work. He was polite and conscientious. I thought that the price was reasonable. He took his time to do every area around the house. He noticed that we had ant mounts in the yard and mentioned that to me as well. he was very attentive and personable. I got a call back from them in 15 or 20 minutes. He wasn't in a hurry to do the job. I got an appointment within a week. He was very professional and he explained things to me.

I thought that the price for that inspection to be a little excessive. There was no spraying or treatment done. He was only there for about ten minutes for the actual inspection.

THEY DID WHAT THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO DO AT THE RIGHT TIME AND WE HAVEN'T HAD ANY PROBLEMS WITH THEM. THE PEOPLE THEY SENT WERE FINE AND THEY WERE PROFESSIONAL. I HAVE NO COMPLAINTS ABOUT THEM.

THEY USED TO GIVE SO MUCH MORE FOR YOUR MONEY THAN THEY DO NOW. I STILL THINK THEY ARE A VERY GOOD COMPANY, AND THEY GIVE GOOD SERVICE, AND I WILL CONTINUE TO USE THEM EVEN THOUGH THE PRICE HAS GONE UP.

THEY ARE VERY RESPONSIVE, FAIR, AND REASONABLE. THEY ARE PLEASANT TO DEAL WITH, AND ARE VERY ACCOMMODATING AS FAR AS TIMES THAT THEY COME TO THE HOUSE. MOST IMPORTANTLY THEY KILL BUGS WHICH PLEASES ME.
