They did fine. The price was attractive. The people at Home Depot who sold it to us knew the pros and cons of the different types. The installers also did a good job. You can buy the quality you want.

Everything's pretty good about it. Their inventory stands out to me.

Will never buy carpet from these guys again. Had difficulty ordering the carpet, the carpet went on sale before we received it and we had to threaten to cancel the order before they would give a price adjustment, and the carpet was defective when delivered. The only positive was the installers who caught the defect - if not for them, our carpet would be falling apart. Was difficult to reach the appropriate person to re-order the carpet and it took another 3 weeks before the new carpet was installed.

WE ARE VERY PLEASED WITH THE CARPET. THEY DID A REALLY GOOD JOB TELLING US ABOUT THE DIFFERENT FIBERS IN THEIR CARPET. THE INSTALLATION WENT WELL, BUT THE INSTALLER DIDN'T SPEAK MUCH ENGLISH. THEY DID A GOOD JOB AND THEY CLEANED EVERYTHING UP BEFORE THEY LEFT. THE CARPET IS SEAMED VERY WELL. THE CARPET IS WEARING WONDERFULLY. WE WENT TO SEVERAL OTHER PLACES AND TOOK OUR TIME TO MAKE A DECISION. WE FEEL THIS IS THE BEST CARPET FOR THE PRICE.

ALL OUR DEALINGS WITH THEM HAVE BEEN GREAT. THERE HAVE BEEN NO PROBLEM WITH THE WORK THUS FAR. MY HUSBAND WAS THE ONE WHO DEALT WITH THEM. I WOULD SAY IT TOOK THEM ABOUT A WEEK TO GET THE PART, COME OUT AND FIX IT. THAT ISN'T BAD.
