See above comments. Steve Allen was 5 minutes early, and within that amount of time analyzed our drain problem and was working on it. Once he opened the drain in the utility room, my wife mentioned a problem in our furnace room and he fixed it as well, snaking the drain, and fixing the drain cap so it would allow water to pass. In approximately an hour's time, Steve Allen solved both problems, and left. No mess, no fuss, very professional. A super individual, honest and reasonable pricing.

I think that his price is very reasonable and he does a very thorough job.

He ruinied my kitchen countertop while he was replacing the kitchen sink and faucet. It is going to cost me thousands of dollars to replace it, and I have tried to contact him and resolve the issue with no resolution. It has been a year of fighting him on this, and at this point, I am just going to have to get someone else to do the work.

We discovered a lake of water in the basement because the old water heater had failed and was leaking. We called (after using a wet vac), and they came in about 1 1/2 hours with a new water heater. He was professional and quick. They dispose of the old water heaters by giving them to a man who cuts them up for scrap instead of just dumping them in a landfill, which is another thing in their favor. Their price seemed fair, although I didn't check with anyone else.

The only problem I had with him was scheduling. He didn't show up the first time we had an appointment due to an emergency (and forgot to call) but did show up for the second. The work was good and the price was right. He was a very nice man.

THEY'RE ALWAYS GOOD ABOUT GETTING TO US WHEN WE CALL. THEY'RE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND VERY GOOD AT WHAT THEY DO. WE'VE DEALT WITH THEM MANY TIMES OVER THE COURSE OF THE YEARS. THEY'RE ALWAYS GOOD AT WHAT THEY DO, AT DIAGNOSING PROBLEMS AND NOT TAKING A LONG TIME TO GET IT DONE.

THEY WERE VERY PUNCTUAL. THEY DID NOT MAKE A MESS AND THEY WERE VERY CAREFUL. I DEFINITELY THINK THEIR PRICE WAS REASONABLE FOR ALL THAT THEY DID. THEY MADE THE TOILET USABLE AGAIN.
