+ -1 moreTerrible don't use them if you have hard water!!! I'm looking to getting my money back, and will take any means necessary...they have ruined appliances and glass dorrs!!!!
Description of Work: Culligan installed a water softener in my home. The softener has not done a thing to improve my water quality. I have had the service department out to my house 4 separate times, and all I hear is the water test soft, but they can't explain why my dishwasher heating element (black) is suddenly pure white after 6 months. My crystal clear glass shower doors are completely caked in white frost. They can't tell me why the shower head is becoming clogged with scale build up. This was absolute disappointment!!! Meanwhile, I walked to my next door neighbor's house and they have had EcoWater for 5 years now and showed me their crystal clear shower doors, and reminded me she has never done more than wiped it off with a towel if guest are coming over. BIG DISAPPOINTMENT!!!
