Repaired my foundation under my crawlspace. Installed new beams along the main structure beam. They were very professional and their price was reasonable. I would definitely recommend them for any structural work. We talked to 3 other companies and CK was more reasonable with pricing and explained to us everything they were going to do and it only took 2 days to complete our project.

They did the extra things required, at no extra charge, to make the basement structurally sound. The workmanship showed an interest in doing a good and a professional job. We looked at 5 other companies. Hire this one. They understood clearly from a construction point of view how to handle this complex job on a 60 year old basement. They sent out the 'A' team to quote and then do the work.

Very satisfied with the work...Chris was awesome him and his helper...they saved me from buying a new sump pump I thought was broke. They looked at it and I ended up only needing it reset and they reset it for me even though they were there for the waterproofing job. They both were so respectful,friendly and honest and was on time. I would definitely rehire them for future projects if needed.
