 + -1 more1. They did not show up during the window of time they gave me, so they told me when they would be there later that day....they were late again. I wasted and entire day off of work waiting on them. 2. They DOUBLE charged me. They ran my card on 2 different days for the 450$ charge. 3. When I called to resolve the duplicate charge, I was told they couldn't do anything for me, that I would have to wait 1 business day for a customer experience rep to contact me. waiting to resolve this charge caused some of my automatic payments at my bank to not go through and put me behind on other projects. 4. I still have not received a refund or cancelation of the duplicate charge so this issue has not been resolved. 5. I believe their price/estimate was high, but due to their lateness and the time limit I had to have the junk removed I was left without time to obtain a second estimate. NOTE: the service itself was done quickly and all the junk I requested be removed was removed.

 + -1 moreIt went very well. They moved a desk and a dresser for us and allowed us to be able to get the chair mats down on the floor. Every time we've used them they've done a great job.
