They did a good job. They were prompt and the price was fair.

Could have took advantage of me due to my lack of knowledge but did not. Mike was very prompt, came when he said he would, and gave me tips on how to engage in better upkeep of my system in the future. I have recommended him to my friends and family.

My heating system was not working and there was no heat in my house. It only took one phone call and the technician was at my door earlier than the establish time. He was very helpful and professional. He had to make temporary adjustment to my heating system, since the damaged part had to be ordered. They called me that same afternoon to let me know that they had the part and that it was under warranty. We scheduled a time and date for installment and once again the technician was earlier and immediately installed and fix the heating system at my house.

He was very good. Came when he said he would be here. Explained why he was going with the unit he used. Small outfit but works hard to satisfy you.

Mike came out right away at 6pm on a Monday night. I was very impressed with his continued willingness to come out at odd times. He was very thorough and got the job done quickly. He was very friendly also. I will definitely be calling Mike the next time I have a heating or cooling problem.

They came out and were very nice, they were not sure whether or not my unit was under warranty. So they fixed it and billed me for the labor only not the part, only after I called them a month later, to get at least the bill for the labor , they said he would check and get back to me on the issue of being a warranty repair or not. A number of months later, when I had not been billed for the parts, I called and was told that it was in fact covered under warranty. When I asked them to send me a bill stating that I was paid in full they said they would send, but I have not received anything as of yet. My desire is to just get the bill, that has me paid in full and be on my way. I would use them again if the billing and warranty situation were to go more smoothly.

THE SERVICE WAS PROMPT, COURTEOUS, AND CLEAN. I BELIEVE THE COST IS COMPARABLE TO OTHER AC/HEATING BUSINESSES. I FELT THAT HAVING HOFF COME OUT TWICE A YEAR WILL HELP ME UPKEEP MY PROPERTY. MY ONLY NEGATIVE COMMENT IS THE FACT THAT IT TAKES THEM A VERY LONG TIME TO SEND A BILL FOR THEIR SERVICE. IT TOOK NEARLY TWO MONTHS FOR THEM TO BILL ME.

QUICK RESPONSE. COURTEOUS. GOOD COMMUNICATORS. HELPFUL. GOOD WORK. WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

VERY POLITE, REASONABLY PRICED, VERY HELPFUL OVER THE PHONE AND IN PERSON. SAID WOULD ARRIVE AT 9:00 AM AND DID. DEFINITELY WILL HIRE AGAIN.

RESPONDED TO CALL FOR SERVICE AND/OR ESTIMATE FOR REPLACEMENT FURNACE. CAME WITHIN 2 HOURS, GAVE ESTIMATE AND WAS ABLE TO INSTALL NEW FURNACE COMPLETELY WITHIN 4 HOURS. WAS ABLE TO BEAT PRICE AND INSTALLATION TIME GIVEN THE SAME MORNING BY ANOTHER LEADING SUPPLIER FROM ANGIE'S LIST.

A GOOD EXPERIENCE, VERY PUNCTUAL, RESPONDED TO MY QUESTIONS PROFESSIONALLY.

MIKE HOFF AND MARTY (SERVICE TECH) SPENT LOTS OF TIME DIAGNOSING THE AILMENTS OF OUR RECENTLY PURCHASED HOME/AGED GEOTHERMALS. THEY WERE THOROUGH AND RECOMMENDED REPAIRS THAT COULD HAVE KEPT THE SYSTEM GOING FOR AWHILE. IN THE END, WE OPTED TO HAVE THEM REPLACE BOTH OF THE OLD FURNACES. MIKE SPENT LOTS OF TIME EXPLAINING THE OPTIONS AND WORKED ON IMPROVING SOME HEATING/COOLING CHALLENGES OUR NEW HOME PRESENTED. BOB AND ROD DID THE INSTALLATION AND THEY WERE GREAT- ALWAYS POLITE, TIMELY AND TIDY. THE NEW FURNACES ARE FAR BETTER THEN THE OLD. WE WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND HOFF HEATING AND AC.

TOOK HIM LESS THAN 15 MINUTES. NOT CERTAIN THAT REPAIR WAS EFFECTIVE UNTIL I HAVE MORE TIME TO SEE HOW IT PERFORMS WITH A/C USE. THE JURY IS STILL OUT. TOLD ME THEY WOULD BILL ME - HAVE NOT DONE SO AT THIS TIME.

MEMBERS HAVE A HIP ROOF, AND THE COMPANY DID AGOOD JOB. THEY DID GOOD JOB ON THE VALLEYS, ALSO HAD DONE PAINTING JOBS FOR MEMBER AS WELL

THE TECH WAS VERY OLD, WHICH MADE IT HARD.
