Description of Work: We have had Mike Hoff service our furnace and A/C for twenty years. He is very helpful, knowledgable, and informative. Prompt service whenever we've called. He kept the house's original furnace and A/C running well for twenty years and we purchased our new furnace and A/C from him last year.

Description of Work: Called 3 times. They returned call several days later but I missed call and they didn't leave message. I called again a few minutes after the call and they did not answer and did not return call.

Description of Work: HOFF HEATING & AC RESPONDED AND SET UP AN EARLY APPOINTMENT AT MY CONVENIENCE. THEY TOOK CARE OF MY MAINTENANCE NEEDS ABOVE MY EXPECTATIONS, AND I AM HAPPY TO HAVE THEM SERVE ME ON AN ANNUAL CONTRACT BASIS, AT A STANDARD FEE OF $64 SEMI-ANNUALLY.
