Grandview Landscape & Irrigation

I would HIGHLY recommend Grandview Landscape and Irrigation. They service my sprinkler system and lawn and yardwork. They are very professional, detailed and kind and compassionate. They are very proactive for service and prompt in replies. They also look after the small details and have alerted me to things I may need to take care of around the house.

Everything went great, I recommend them to anyone needing any type of landscaping. Scott was very helpful and the job was done when scheduled. We use them every year since the install to open and test our system as well and close the system at the end of the year.

The service worked out okay. I did not pay anything more than the $85 Big Deal at that time. I will have to pay. It is fine. They really kind of wanted to make sure I was going to use them again for the fall for the shut-off. They were trying to make sure I was going to do that, but I did not have to pay anything upfront. The $85 Big Deal was only to turn it on not to shut it off. I had one slight problem. They also have to file a backflow test with the state and they did not file it. So, I had a notice from the state telling me I was going to be fined, but they took care of it. The price was competitive; it was pretty good. They were pretty responsive when I called to tell them that I got that notice from the state.

The irrigation system was installed after a little over one month from the date I had paid 3000.00 to the Angies List. I had to pay about 500.00 more to the provider for the city permit fee and the rain sensor. The provider showed the professionalism when I had the water licking problem after the system installation. He came to my home the next day and identified the problem was not caused the irrigation system. The irrigation system is working pretty well so far. I have a small problem that the street light at the front of my home is not working after the irrigation system installation. I have not noticed this problem to the provider yet, because I am not sure yet what caused the problem. Just a possibility the electric wire was cut during the system installation. I have a plan to work with an electrician to identify and fix the problem. Overall, I am satisfied for the Grandview Landscape & Irrigation's work and services. Thanks.

We are so happy that we chose Grandview for our paver patio project! This is our second major project we have trusted to Scott and his team and as always he delivered. Last year he installed our irrigation, so we are very impressed by everything he does. He is professional and on-time with his work. Above all, he is onsite the entire time during installation. The experience was great - overseeding went well, and they did well avoiding the sprinkler heads I had in the lawn after I marked them.

Provider was professional, kept me informed of cost. Discussed issues before acting on them. Good Communication. Fast, efficient and kept cost to where it was within my budget.

It went well for the most part. i purchased an offer for 4 hours of service. I wish i would have wait till there were more leaves on the ground but my yard was unbearable as i have a crazy work schedule and couldn't get to it myself. It did take some time for them schedule me; i felt like other customers took priority over my clean-up job and that was disappointing since i dropped $240 up front for it (which is why i gave them a C in punctuality). it took them a week or so to schedule me and i really didn't have a set day and time, was told they'd try to make it out and then i came home from work one day and they had been there. However, everyone i worked with was very polite and professional and that is always appreciated. They responded to communications in a timely fashion and that too is appreciated. All in all - it was a great experience because i didn't have to do the work myself. Would i pay $240 again for it? Maybe, only because it was convenient for me to not have to do it myself due to lack of time on my end.

Grandview came in as soon as we requested and aerated and seeded our lawn. We wanted to get it done while there was still some warm weather. Would definitely use them again. already have new grass coming up.

Grandview was very responsive and called me within 24 hours to obtain additional information prior to performing aeration. The work was completed within two days.

Not only was Scott Rickman (owner), extremely professional, courteous, and reasonable, but he and his team did an excellent job installing our irrigation system for our newly built home! We shopped around for a while looking for someone to save us from constantly running around with sprinklers and Grandview was recommended to us by our neighbors. My wife called, and Scott came out to do the estimate himself and gave a thorough and complete explanation of exactly what we needed, provided us with a quote that was as reasonable as any that we had previously received, and just gave my wife an overall excellent customer experience. We quickly scheduled our installation and Scott was very flexible with the fact that we had a vacation planned. He worked with us to come over while we were home to tap into our water line, and then arranged to have garage access so he could complete the installation while we were on vacation. The system works great!! One of the most impressive things about Grandview is their post-installation responsiveness. I'm not very handy, and I tried to re-program the sprinkler system myself and I really messed it up. One day, while away on another vacation, I received a call from one of my neighbors informing me that my sprinklers were going on constantly throughout the day. I called Scott, and he showed up to fix the system that very same day while we weren't even in the state!! Really great customer service. Since then, he has been very proactive in communicating with us regarding follow-up maintenance. We've been so pleased with our experience that Grandview will definitely be our first choice when we have any landscaping needs. Don't hesitate to call them because they are truly the best around!

Overall the experience is better than we have had with anyone that has done work at our house. Scott and his team were very responsive to our phone calls and emails. He got us a quote within a day of our request and completed the job in the same week. Scott has a great eye for landscaping and see's all the angles to get the job done quickly and designed a very beautiful planter for our back yard which is on a hill and difficult to work on. Scoot and his team were very conscious of our other landscaping treated out yard with care, we would definitely use Grand View's services again in the future.

Have had them cut the grass and trim for several weeks and it has gone very well. We are pleased with their work and reasonable price!

Older style rock stone walls were replaced with paver blocks near front of house and garage. Installation was on time and on budget. Very professional workers. Final result looks very good and clean-up was excellent.

We will definitely use Grandview in the future! Called to get an estimate scheduled and they came out 2 days later for the estimate. They did a really nice job. They are very friendly. Small family owned business, which we like and they were done in 3 days.

He has been quick to respond to problems with breakage etc and worked to solve other issues I had as a result of an not ideal installation by someone else

I had an agreement with them to automatically remove snow from my three car garage driveway and they were on it - even with all that snow we had last winter!

They are always very prompt and courteous. They do a good job.

Scott quoted the installation in early spring. His team arrived on the day he promised for installation. Installation went well taking approximately 2 days. System works great.
