As Clean As It Gets Carpet Cleaning

After checking "As Clean As It Gets" out on Angie's List, I went ahead and called to schedule to have our living room & family room carpets cleaned. I called on Saturday morning and talked with the owner. He was very courteous and was able to schedule our cleaning on Monday at 5:30. While he couldn't give me an exact quote without seeing the job, he did give me a general idea of the price (which included spot treatment, cleaning, conditioning, scotchguard--everything--no hidden costs). On Monday, by 6:30 no one had showed up. No one had called to let me know when they would be coming or why they were not on time. I called and left a message. Approximately 30 minutes later the owner called back to let me know they were running behind. I was given the option of having another worker come out to clean the carpets the same evening or reschedule for 8 a.m. the next morning. I opted to have them come out that evening--at this point, I didn't have high hopes, but figured there was nothing to lose. By 10pm, I headed for bed; the carpets still dirty and having not heard from anyone associated with this company. I still have not received even a phone call explaining why no one showed up. If this is "As Good As It Gets", I'll pass.

The job went very well. Their prices are just excellent. I would definitely recommend using them.

They cleaned the carpet more than I expected him to do or paid him for. He was wonderful to work with. The price was a lot more reasonable than other places I had called for estimates. There was one spot that didn't come out very well that I noticed later and when I called him up he came right out to fix it at no charge.
