Description of Work: I have used them in the past and have been very satisfied cleaning a living room, family room, stairs and 3 bedrooms-- about 1000sq feet, a sofa and love seat. There were some chairs which the serviceman said would not be able to thoroughly be cleaned so suggested that I not spend extra money having him do it.I appreciated his honesty and consideration.

+ -1 moreBilly with Dan's arrived about 25 minutes late for his 1:30 appt. He was friendly and professional and started working right away to clean the living room. Thirty minutes later he was finished, and I paid without looking at the room. When I did look at the living room, there were four distinct traffic areas that were not clean, so I left a message on the office answering machine. Arrangements were made for Billy to come the next day at 1:30P to fix the spots. He was about 25 minutes late again. He said he knew the spots I was talking about, but didn't think he could fix them. After 20 minutes, he left again, but this time the spots were GONE!
Description of Work: They were to clean the living room and the lower stair landing.

+ -1 moreTHEY DID A FANTASTIC JOB. I DIDN'T THINK IT WOULD EVER BE POSSIBLE TO GET THE SPAGHETTI STAIN OUT, BUT THEY MASTERED THE TOUGH TASK. THEY MOVED THE FURNITURE OUT OF THE ROOMS FOR US, TOO. THEY'RE THE BEST.
