Cloyd Painting

It started out very pleasant. We got everything set up, and now he hasn't called back and has never shown up. He has all of my color swatches and backsplash's that I went out and purchased myself. I have called him several times and he doesn't call back. We had a confirmed start date for March 8th at 7:30AM and he just never showed up. We had all of our furniture moved and ready to go and he just didn't come.

I called several painters out of the Times newspaper. Cloyd Painting called me back almost within an hour of my call. Told me the time he was able to come and give an estimate. Very clean cut and well mannered when I met him. He had an estimate that was typed up that was given to me to sign if I took his job. He was by far more than $400 less than anyone that looked professional. I had some people come and bid on my interior house but they looked like drunks and I doubt if they even knew how to paint. I hired Cloyd Painting, He gave me some dates he can perform the work. 3 men showed up, all clean and very polite. Customer Service was very impressive for a painting company. I picked a different color for my walls than my ceilings and I was worried the lines would not be straight. I am so glad and happy that I had these guys do the work., The lines were great, they have a guarantee on the paint for 3 years and there was NO MESS!!! When I asked for referrals, Ray the owner, gave me several from current jobs to some that were completed in 2003. These guys have been in business for a while and I trust their work and guarantee. One things I really liked, is other contractors asked for money down. Not this company. They did the work and I paid after the job was completed. Thanks!!!
