He got back to me in about an hour and a half, said he could come out about 930 that morning. He was running a little bit late, but he did send a message telling me his arrival time, which I greatly appreciated. It was nothing major and he told me what to look for in the future, and how to take care of myself. Even took a look at my blower amperage and the furnace amperage to make sure they are doing OK. We would definitely hire him again.

Craig was the only service person who would come to check out my broken A/C system on July 5th. Temperatures in my house had reached 90 degrees. Every other business told me they could not come out for at least 4 days. Craig was eating dinner with his family when we called him. He came out to my house at 7:30 pm.he quickly diagnosed the problem, I burnt circuit board. He able to get my system running until he could get the new board. What a relief. My house started cooling down. By midnight, it was bearable so my family could get some sleep. I had my brother-in-law and his family in town for the holiday, and they were able to come over to a cool house on the 6th. He got the parts and fixed it promptly. C2 will be my first call in the future when a problem arises.
