+ -1 moreNo problems. The sealed holes in the cement have never leaked, no problems with our dogs being exposed to the chemical.
Description of Work: About 12 years ago, Mr. Pest Control treated our house, garage, and porch for termites that we had found. They drilled holes in the cement floors, put a chemical in the holes and then sealed the holes. We've had them come back every year for an inspection for $77. We did find termite activity once between inspections, and they retreated those areas for free in a timely manner.

+ -1 moreI told them that less and less bees were there after me spraying the area, but I wasn't sure how long to do it for or if it would be the right thing to do. Mr. Pest Control told me that was the right thing to do and that their services wouldn't be necessary. I thought that was very honest of them and it ended up saving me money.
Description of Work: My neighbor told me I had some bees swarming one of my windows. I went out and tried spraying them, but wanted to call a professional to fix the problem.

+ -1 moreSent technician to our home on schedule who treated our home for termites. Arrived at 8:30 am and was done by 1 pm. Never took a break, never asked for anything. He dug a trench and drilled holes then applied the chemicals. Filled the holes and trench and finished early. Worked quickly and neatly.
Description of Work: Inspected for termites, discovered termites (we already suspected), quoted a price for treatment the same day we called. Very pleasant meeting. We have a 1500 sq foot ranch with attached garage. Termites in the exterior walls and garage.

+ -1 moreI have been using their services for about four years. I call and make the appointment and they always come on time. They show up to do the work and it takes them about twenty minutes and then give me a bill. They do not make you pay right away. There has been no more termite activity.
Description of Work: They inspect my house every year for termites for the renewal of the warranty.

+ -1 moreI MAINLY RATED THEM AN WELL BECAUSE THEY ALWAYS GIVE ME A REMINDER AND THEN I GIVE THEM A CALL AND I CAN ALWAYS GET A HOLD OF THEM. THEY WORK AROUND MY SCHEDULE AND COME IN ON TIME AND ARE VERY POLITE. I HAD FLYING TERMITES A WHILE AGO AND THEY SPRAYED AND TOOK CARE OF IT WITHOUT CHARGE AS PART OF MY ANNUAL SERVICE.
Description of Work: THEY GAVE AN ANNUAL INSPECTION AND CHECKED IN THE BASEMENT AND SPRAYED THE EXTERIOR OF THE HOUSE.
