I never felt comfortable with the owner and workers. This is just a comment, you can't always connect with everyone that does work for you. They covered a ceiling light hole with dry wall. You can see the seams where they did the work. They added a dry wall divider between my dining room and living room. Hangs down about a foot from the ceiling. This looks okay. I did not get the collaborative effort that I wanted.

The part of the charge was covered by the insurance because of the ice storm. They did a good job, and I have had them work on my house before. I am planning to use them again.

I was pleased with the experience and would use them again for similar projects.

They were prompt and did a good job. They cleaned up after the job and I liked their services. I will continue to use them in future.

Overall, the interaction with the company was excellent. I would recommend asking them for a quote. They were very conscientious and they knew what they were talking about. I was very happy with them. I would use them in the future.

I noticed a water stain on the first floor ceiling of my cape cod style house. Based on a recommendation from a friend I contacted Quality Home Improvements and Susan came out. She quickly determined the problem was likely flashing around one of my dormer windows on the second floor. I also asked her opinion about a section of roof that appeared to have inadequate ventilation and decided to install additional vents. Also upon looking at the roof she suggested replacing some degrading flashing around a vent pipe on the roof. I also expressed my concern about the overall condition of the roof and she told me it looked fine. I was impressed by this assessment since a less than honest contractor could have tried to sell me a new roof. Due to recent storms they were backed up with work, but she still gave me a time frame as to when the work could be done. Soon thereafter her work crew happened to be doing work at a neighbor's home and they realized my house was next door. So while working on the neighbor's house a couple workers came over and fixed my roof. Overall I was very pleased with her assessments and recommendations. Her suggestions were fair and reasonable. She clearly sees the value in building a long-term relationship with the customer.
