Everything went great! was here when he said and did a great job! made the things fit, I live in a old house and the walls are not even.

Wonderful. They were not suppose to be able to start work until the end of September, but we had rain days in the beginning of the month and Todd, the Contractor, called to see if it would be o.k. to work in our basement on those rainy days. Of course it was. We wanted the work done the sooner the better. And it was finish 1 week earlier than we expected them to even start. They were at my house everyday that they could be. They cleaned up everyday after they were finished. Both Todd and the other Contractor Eric were trustworthy ( so much so I gave them our extra garage door opener to be able to come and go as they worked). My family would have them do any other work needed in the future. They went the extra steps and came in exactly on budget. We would recommend them to everyone and have.

We reviewed the job in December of 2013 with contractor and planned to have it done in the spring of 2014. Contractor was too busy and asked if we could push it back until end of August, which we did - no problem. One month before job was to begin, we did all of the demo ourselves to save money, taking room down to bare studs. I submitted the SOW to him for providing me his cost for job and communicated back and forth with questions and requirements on specifics. Everything was going smoothly as it had in the past. I was excited to get this done finally! One week before job was to start, he called me to let me know he decided he was not going to do the job without providing a good reason why. He did not wish to communicate to resolve the issues that caused him to pull the plug on the job. We left him a message later asking him to call us so we could hopefully resolve or reschedule at a later time - he never returned our call. We were left with a gutted main bathroom, I had to reschedule my vacation with employer and start all over again looking for another GC to do the job. We are currently in search of someone now and extremely disappointed with the end results of this last interaction. Leaving an established client high and dry right before a job without attempting a resolution is very unprofessional. Because I value Angie's List as a reputable resource for finding good contractors, I felt I owed it to the subscribers of this tool to provide this review. I'm glad I used them for all my previous jobs and disappointed in the unprofessional way this last one ended.

Last December I removed the outdated wallpaper and molding in our spare bedroom. I hired Jenkins Builders to install new closet and entry doors, window trim, crown molding and a closet organizer . As usual, they did a fabulous job in a very expeditious manner. In February, we had a fire in our master bedroom. I had been intending on remodeling it come Fall, but the fire moved up my plans. I called Todd the evening of the fire and he showed up the next day to begin remediation. Jenkins replaced attic insulation, repaired the fire damage, installed new drywall, relocated the cable wiring, changed electrical outlets, installed new closet and entry doors, window trim and crown molding. Both rooms look wonderful! The board-up company that came out the day of the fire tried to convince us to use an affiliated company to do the repairs to our master bedroom. I told them unequivocally that no one but Jenkins does work on our house. Our next project is remodeling the main bathroom and Jenkins will be here to do it. This is a fantastic company and I highly recommend them.

All went extremely well. We received great suggestions and their effort was very thorough. Whenever we have home improvements, Jenkins Builders is always the first choice.

I left voicemails and talked with ans. service two times each on 3 days .Got apology from ans. service and reassured they would get back to me .Still no return call . !!!

They were wonderful! They clearly explained what needed to be done, took great care in parts of the house not under construction and worked efficiently and quickly.

Called to get an estimate on a remodeling job of my bathroom but was told they would not be able to work on it till Sept 2013. Seems too long to wait that long for a remodeling job. I am glad they are doing well but not good to ask new customers to wait that long for a job to get done.

He was very thorough and detailed. Written quote was broken down according to what everything would cost. He's very professional.

Tod Jenkins and Tim did excellent work with Kuley assisting tile work. Price was reasonable and work was completed as scheduled.

As usual, everything went fabulous. Todd, Tim and Cody thoroughly surprised us by fitting us into their already extremely busy schedule to get the deck built for us. They completed the entire project in two days. I know I write this in every review but I know I could never find a better contractor to provide services to us. Over the past three years we've hired Jenkins Builders to build my husband's 2,000 square foot garage / office, remodel our kitchen and downstairs bath, replace the siding, roof panels and shingles on the house, extend a deck off of our family room and now this deck. We're planning on having them back to remodel our upstairs bathroom this winter and hopefully next summer, build a deck on the second story of my husband's office. I can't recommend them enough!!!

The people from Wes Jenkins Builders Inc. are professional and prompt. Their work quality can't be beat and their pricing is spot on. These guys are more like a family now than workers.

The responed promptly, gave me an estimate showed up on time, cleaned up after themselves and overall did a great job with no additions to the roiginal estimate

I have over five years of pleasant experiences with Jenkins Builders, this being one of them. They built our custom home at the end of 2006 and were very professional, accommodating and trustworthy. I was very detailed-oriented but they were extremely patient. They also expanded my deck and installed a hardwood floor in the living room. The bathroom tile job went very well. There were some challenges with the shower door due to the manufacturer. I contacted the manufacturer and they provided additional parts.Todd and Tim made sure those issues were resolved before the job was done. They also came up with great suggestions on things that I didn't consider. I will definitely use them for future projects because of their high quality work.

After two years of interviewing contractors, I was almost ready to give up until I decided to join Angie's List. That's where I found Todd and Tim with Wes Jenkins Builders. After several horrifying past experiences with contractors, I decided to take the plunge with Jenkins Builders for my long-overdue bathroom remodel. My instincts told me "these are the guys" and they were right on target - thank goodness! I live in a 70 year old, space-challenged home that had "cruel and unusual" plumbing issues that needed to be addressed. I knew it would be expensive and wanted to make sure that whoever did the job - did it right. Todd, Tim and Cody showed up ON TIME each morning and went straight to work. They worked with me every step of the way in carrying out all of my specific wants and needs for the project. Since the space was so small, I really needed a pocket door to allow for more room which every other contractor told me would be a problem since my walls were so thin. Not these guys - they made SURE I got that pocket door and to top it off, ended up adding about 6-9" more of width to my room as well. They were a lot of fun to work with but remained very professional and respectful every step of the way. Also, their prices were extremely fair - I cannot complain a bit on that aspect either. I would recommend these guys to EVERYONE I know who is in need of quality work combined with an excellent experience. We all know how painful remodeling or building projects can be. I am hiring them again soon for additional remodeling projects. :)

We can't compliment Jenkins Builders enough. The commitment to quality and service are second to none. Both Todd and Tim provided us with design assistance during the remodel which provided us with a better end result than we could have come up with on our own. This company can do anything! I thought we might be throwing them a curve ball when my husband told them he wanted a antique porthole (yes, a window from a boat) installed in the kitchen looking out to the screened-in porch. "No problem" was the reply. It looks fabulous!!! The Jenkins Builder's motto should be "no problem" - no matter what we asked of them, they were able to execute. I should also mention that while all of this construction was going on my husband and I took a vacation. They had keys to the house and continued to do work while we were gone. In fact, they even helped take care of our parrot while we were gone! They are extremely trustworthy. This is the best group of guys and we'll never have anyone else do work at our house. If we ever sell our current house, I can guarantee we'll have Jenkins custom build a house for us! If you don't use Jenkins, you'll be disappointed.

Todd came and gave an estimate. He was professional. Once I choose his services a date was set for work to start. He finished on the date expected. In the middle of the project I decided to change one aspect of it and he went with the flow on this one and he was flexible and accommodated my changes.

Wes Jenkins is wonderful. They are always doing different things for us. Their work is excellent, they know what they are doing. I would say that if you went to anybody else then you would be crazy. Their prices are excellent.

I can't recommend this company enough. This is the most professional group of contractors I have ever dealt with. From the design assistance and input to the quality of work to their punctuality Jenkins Builders can't be beat. While the entire team is very professional they are also personable. They are perfectionists yet they work very quickly. While we were on vacation we left our house unlocked so they would have access - they are very trust worthy. At the end of each day the job site was completely cleaned up. I wish I could say that some of the subcontractors were as tidy. They weren't the cheapest bid for our project nor the most expensive. All add-ons were well priced. I can't recommend Jenkins Builders enough! They will be coming back in a few months to perform a complete kitchen remodel and next spring we will probably be hiring them to do a roof tear-off and replacement and install new gutters. If you need work done on your home you couldn't hire a better contractor!
