Description of Work: The provider came out to give an estimate of services that we wanted to have done in our yard. I was put in contact with Doug Werner, a landscape architect, who did come out and talk about what we were interested in doing. I was upfront with him in stating that we may need to do the projects in stages, depending on cost. I let him know what was most important to have done as soon as possible, and what may be put off until next year. Doug spent time talking to me about ideas, took pictures of my yard and what not, and then told me he would be in contact with me by the end of the week. I let a week and a half go by, and I reached out to him. He apologized for the delay, and again stated that he would get in contact with me by the end of the week. I never heard from Doug again. I am NOT about to chase around a company to do work for me. I am extremely disappointed that he couldn't take the time to get back with me. If he didn't want to take on the job, he should have just told me. I don't like being given the run around, it just wastes my time. I will NEVER use this company for anything - PERIOD. I will not go there to buy plants, bushes, trees - NOTHING. I will also NOT recommend this business to ANYONE I know.
