Jim came out at the appointed time, reviewed our project and explained how and when the work would be done. He gave me a cost estimate and a date as to when he could schedule someone out to complete the job. The workers arrived when scheduled and did an excellent job installing a new back splash on 2 walls above the kitchen counter.

Good detail to the job

Jim's crew did a perfect job tiling my two bathroom floors. I was very pleased with their attention to detail and clean-up.

Jim is very responsive. His men's workmanship is beautiful and performed in a timely manner. Regarding my project, I had two gripes: 1. credit cards are not accepted and 2. my particular project turned out to be a bit more costly than originally quoted. We are EXTREMELY pleased with the work performed and would not hesitate to call them again for another project! Thanks to Jim Tony and Juan!

I received 2 other estimates for my floors and stairs...they were 300-400 $ less than Jim Swan Flooring. Why did I go with Jim Swan??? First of all the lower estimates tried to pressure me...sign a contract before work begins and wanted large deposits up front. Jim never did that...he explained everything in a courteous, professional manner. In one word, TRUST. My wife and I could not be happier with the results. So pleased with the floors. His installation crew was outstanding ...lead by Tony they were awesome !! Thank you Jim and Tony.

Jim Swan is an Awesome contractor!! He is thorough, professional, nice (believe me, it s hard to find an honest, nice contractor!) He took all our old wood flooring out, replaced with new flooring, New staircase/railing and painted our main level! Couldn t be happier with the work of Jim and his team!! 100% Highly recommend!!! He really does care about his customers and takes his time with you to discuss every detail!!! Amazing experience!!

the installers did a good job. the only thing I thought they could have done was take out the old carpet stacked on my back porch, even though my grandson removed the old carpet. It would have taken the 3 men one trip. As it was I had to do it with the help of my neighbor when my grandson had to go to work.

Jim and his very professional work crew installed new carpeting in my upstairs bedroom, hallway and flight of stairs. I could not have asked for a better job completed. Beautiful and excellent quality of carpet at a very reasonable, fair price. I couldn't be happier and you would be crazy to go anywhere else. Jim gives a caring personal approach to you and your project. I will most definitely be calling on him next year for another project. Jim's approach is something that is lost at most other businesses in this day and time we live in. LOVE MY NEW CARPETING.
