The technician was fantastic. He explained every detail of the repair and answered every question I had about the life of the unit,best unit to use in the future, and many other questions. I plan to have them replace my furnace soon.

They did a fantastic job! I especially like that they didn't try to push me to get the 2nd unit replaced, since it was running well. The workers are very quick and nice, and I'm very happy with the maintenance they did, too. I was somewhat disappointed that the replacement thermostat they installed wasn't the type I like, and that they didn't even ask me about my preference. Other than that, they did a wonderful job and I hope I can use them again with my new home warranty.

We really liked them when they installed the heat pump! They came and it was very customized for us. The father came out and checked everything over before and after the work was completed. The father was fabulous! They are a family run company. When I called back about another service, I spoke with the son. I heard a radio ad where they recommended getting a whole house dehumidifier. The son seemed to shoot down my desire for the service even though they were the ones who suggested the product. They are probably still a good outfit to with, but I regret not pushing for that work to be done and that last experience kind of left a sour taste in my mouth.

They are great! This was my first time hiring them. They were honest. The furnace needed a pretty simple part. I felt they treated me fairly and the price was good. They already had the part because it was general part so the were in and out in about hour. I would absolutely hire them again!

It turned out very badly. They told me I needed a new furnace when in fact I didn't. I got another opinion who informed me of this. They said the unit could last me up to four more years. Illiana said there was a crack in it. They were also trying scare tactics on me. After getting the second opinion, I canceled my appointment with Illiana and they were irate. They literally screamed at me, saying"What am I going to do? I have men coming." They were not honest at all so I didn't feel bad canceling the inappropriate work at the last minute. This was some time ago that this happened and my furnace is still working fine.

They are professional and I trust their product, but I was very displeased with what happened with the service last year. I thought they were unfair because I contracted two units with them and one was having trouble. They said they couldn't service the one, but worked on the other two units. They looked at the one and said that one needed to be replaced. They didn't even go up in the attic to look at anything for that unit! I thought it was unfair because the price I paid was for three units to be serviced and they only truly services two. They guy who came out was nice, but I didn't like the way they handled that particular situation. They didn't offer me a credit for next year. I had a contract for about $700 for maintenance. Their estimate for the new unit was $800 more than everyone else as well. They did great job with the installation back in 2007 though. I wish they would have made an effort to get back to me and back good.

The quality of service was good, but I really felt that they were overpriced me. Also, they told me to have my AC unit recharged with Freon every year. It was expensive to have that refilled and I found out from another provider to it is not necessary to do that every single year. They are higher priced than other companies I've since hired. They have a good reputation and probably do good service regularly, but I've heard from others as well that they charge too much.

They weren't particularity cheap, but it turned out fine. They were really good from a service stand point. After they installed it, it was noisy. They came out several times to try and resolve that issue for us. They did improve the noise issue.

They are great, but they said they didn't clean the burners and I'm not sure why they didn't do that. I was disappointed because I pay a lot for the service and they didn't clean the burners. The guy was nice though.
