Description of Work: They did out Spring Air Conditioning cleaning and inspection which they do both Spring and Fall. They are very professional and give us tips on how to save money on filters and keep everything in great shape.

Description of Work: THEY FIXED A BURNED OUT WIRE ON THE FUSE PANEL OF MY FURNACE. EVERYTHING WENT FINE. I DON'T REMEMBER THE EXACT DATE THAT THE SERVICE WAS PERFORMED THOUGH. ALL AS I REMEMBER IS THAT I THINK IT WAS SOMETIME IN DECEMBER.

Description of Work: Illiana replaced our old furnace on the first visit and then worked with us to install our new air conditioner on a follow-up visit. The techs were very professional. They put down drop cloths so as not to soil our carpeting. The also answered all of our questions in a way that we could understand. We'd definitely recommend. |

No work was ever done.
Description of Work: None. They sent me an email estimate but did not follow up. Estimate didn't include enough details. Another company came out, gave a detailed estimate, and their estimate was about the same, so, I used them. Illiana didn't seem interested in the job, since they didn't follow up. I've also seen their trucks around town, which led me to chose them from Angie's List, too.

On behalf of the Illiana Heating family I apologize for your poor experience. I don't know the exact details of this particular interaction as I am not able to find a formal proposal in our system to indicate you were given an estimate. It is not unusual for people to call or email and as for our price on commodity items like the cost of Tune-ups or Humidifiers and we are more than happy to share that information, but often we never hear from said individuals again. I apologize if we misinterpreted your request for an estimate as no more than a price check. We do offer free in-home estimates with one of our comfort consultants, present a formal proposal with written prices, features, and guarantees and follow up until the job is done or you are tired of hearing from us. Please consider using our services in the future and give us the opportunity to show you the company we really are.
