Its been a while but the carpenters did a great job. I am very satisfied with all work done except for the plumber. He was a family member and did a poor job with my plumbing in my bathroom. He spent more time talking and joking than working. Pipes inVanity leaked and within 6 months the water damage warped side of brand new cabinet. Seems like he didn't have the right size drain and used silicone for a gasket to make a 1 1/2 in pipe fit a 1 1/4 in pipe. Didn't want to take the time to make my new shower fit so I had to take it back and reuse the old one. Everyone else on the job was fantastic and I would hire this company again with the exception of the plumber. My basement still looks fantastic.

UNPROFESSIONAL COMPANY! State Farm gave me Henn's number when my roof sustained wind damage. The receptionist told me someone would call me within a week with a date on when they could come give me an estimate. No one ever came and no one ever responded to my repeated calls. Every time I see a billboard for Henn I can't help thinking that if they responded to the customers knocking on their door, maybe they could save on the billboard costs. Very unprofessional and very poor service.

Everything went well and on time.

It went perfect. The workers were very professional and were very punctual. We could not have asked for a better group of guys. They even took my dogs out for us when we were to there. Their work is fantastic. Walls, flooring, insulation and part of my roof had to be replaced. All was done better than expected.

For that last project, one of getting another estimates from them and use them again. They got well. Their prices were competitive, I got another quotes for this job and were in the middle. They were responsive, can talk to them anytime, and with regards to the garage, we did not know how to proceed with it. So, they gave us several options to go with and think about, and were flexible as far as you try to work with us to figure out exactly how to get the correct outcome. They came for four different ideas and we finally decided one of them. Their sales guy is nice for he is accommodating. Their price is not the lowest and not the highest. The quality is very good. We told them where we needed to be and they figure out the way to get there.

Henn and Sons showed up on time and were very professional during their visit. But that was as far as it went. They said they needed to line up a few of the tradesmen to come out and review the workload before an estimate could be given. They never called or emailed anything information. This was not a few hundred dollar job. Our estimate from other compies have been in the 30-40K range. Very disappointed.

I don't remember how much I spent on their services. They are good. They're prompt and they keep the place clean. I would recommend them to family and friends. I will continue to use their services again in the future. I've contracted them for the job as a matter of fact. I've hired them to do some work for commercial buildings. They do everything. One project is electrical work and the other project is plumbing.

He came out and looked at the roof. He said he couldn't find anything leaking. He was no good. I asked him to look at all the water in the garage and all the plastic board that was black from the leak. This was only a three-year-old structure. I just wasn't impressed with him. He didn't charge us anything for coming. The third person that we eventually called came out and fixed it.

Everything about them was good. I just didn't do anything last year and then I also sent them an email to give me an updated price on the interior demolition. So then they got back to me and gave me an appropriate price for the interior demolition. The estimate was free of cost. They were in line with another company that I got an estimate from in terms of price. Their price was good and this company has been around forever. The guy that owns the company now, his dad knows my mum and they did work for my parents. So it's like three generations. They are a good company and they are very knowledgeable. It's a long established company. I will definitely consider using their services again in the future.

I compared them with other prices and they were just a little too high. There was nothing wrong with him, I just wanted to go with someone else.

I think that this company makes it easy to work with them. They make communication easy, too. They have e-mailed me pictures of the work being done in another state. They have made product and color selection simple. They are professional and I appreciate that they understand that I can't be there to be involved in every area of the work.
