I thought I had squirrels in the wall,but when Ax came out he checked around the entire house and didn’t see any signs of squirrels coming in anywhere, however he did go in attic and stated it could be nice so he dropped poison packs and said I should stop hearing the sounds within a few days. He stated he will be back in a couple of weeks. They replied to my email and even though Josh said he couldn’t make it, he will see if he could get someone out, within a hour, Ax called me and came out and took care of the problem.

I can?t say enough good about Josh. He knew what he was doing and was very professional. He got the raccoon out. He?s coming back to remove all of the insulation from my attic and sanitize the area. Josh was wonderful. He?s really great to work with.

very professional. Described the process and the fees for the trapping. Came back the next day and removed the skunk and trap. Reset the trap in case there were more than one skunk. Came back two days in a row to check and concluded that we had only one resident at our hose. We have seen none since. I would highly recommend Groen's for rodent/pest removals.

Things went okay with them. They didn’t catch the animal though. They were here and put a net, and so nothing could get into it no more. Whatever it was it must have left and figured it could not get back because I was having a tremendous amount of smells and odors there. So I don’t have that anymore. I think I would give them another chance in the future. They did put a nice net there to keep the creature or whatever it was from getting back in there.

I left two voice messages and did not receive a return call. I called a third time, and didn't bother to leave a message when the call went to voicemail.

It went very well. He was out here multiple times to make sure that all the cats were gone. He also offered other services that I can talk to him about using like insulating attics and stuff like that. The price was very reasonable.

They were wonderful! They came out and set traps, constantly would come out to change out the traps and make sure everything was setup correctly. Absolutley wonderful! If I could give them a tripple A score I would! If I needed the service again, I would use them in a heartbeat!

Went well, he did an aswesome job!

I called Groen's on a Tuesday morning because we were hearing scratching noises in our attic. We thought perhaps a squirrel had gotten into the attic. My boss had recommended his service as he had a raccoon in his attic a few months earlier. Josh Groen called me back within an hour of my leaving a mesage. I described the noises we were hearing and his first thought was that we had mice in the attic. We set up an appointment for that Friday since I couldn't be home any earlier, though he could have accommodated an earlier day for the appointment. Josh called me at 8:30am Friday morning to let me know that he was on his way and expected to arrive on time for my 9:00am appointment. He arrived exactly at 9:00am. He donned little booties and we went upstairs to where the attic door was located. He opened the door, located in our bedroom closet, and pointed out right away that there were 'tunnels' in the blown-in insulation and that was an indicator for mice. He went into the attic itself and found more tunnels. He also noticed that the protective screen from one of our roof vents was missing and there was now a large bird nest filling that whole area. He said he could remove the nest and put a new protective screen up so that nothing could get into the attic from that area. After he removed the nest and put the secured a new screen, he said he was going to put some poison mice cubes into the attic. He said that I could buy them myself from a garden store or Home Depot, if I wanted, but that his were more powerful. It was my choice and I told him to go ahead and take care of it. I asked him to check the crawlspace as well and he looked down there and threw some of the cubes in the crawlspace. We saw some signs that the mice had been in the basement living area as well but he said he wouldn't put any cubes in the living area because we had a dog, even though I said she never came downstairs, he was against doing it and I agreed. I had mentioned that I was afraid that mice were getting into our kitchen because there was a fairly large hole under the kitchen sink cabinet where the pipes come up from the basement. He looked and said that was a good possibility. He suggested that we find a way to cover up that area. Then he said he might have some material in his truck that would work. He brought back a sheet of metal, cut to a proper size, and screwed it into place. He noticed a small hole in the cabinet wall that was by the dishwasher and used the small remaining piece to cover that hole up too. He spent about an hour and a half in total checking things out and answering every question I had for him. He was really nice and friendly and never seemed like he was in a hurry to get to the next appointment. When I asked how long he thought it would take for me to notice whether the mice were 'gone' he said give it 5-7 days. I haven't heard one noise since Josh came to the house. I would recommend Josh to family, friends, even strangers. His prices were really reasonable as well, even before using the coupon.

I thought I had a raccoon in my attic,it removed shingles next to the dormer in my roof. They came out and set a trap on my roof. Came back daily to look. They said it was a squirrel, caught a few and we repaired the shingles. The technician was polite, informative and made several trips to make sure all was completed satisfactory.

And, I love any company that resounds to email inquiries so quickly! I am not always able to make calls during a busy day but can shoot out emails early score the day starts. Groen's resounded to my email right away and set up service on the spot....all via email! Awesome!

A raccoon was entering my attic through the soffit eave on the roof. Josh found where the animal was entering my yard and where it was climbing onto the roof, then entering the attic. He set the traps and promptly caught the animal that evening. He reset the traps to make sure there were not any others in the area. I availed myself of Josh's services last year for a couple of raccoons and he performed quickly & professionally at that time also. This time he is also building a couple of deterrents to stop further access to my attics. Josh is a fine young man and a pleasure to do business with.
