Description of Work: Looking for replacement belts for snow blower, checked four other stores before finding here, they had them but the price was higher than auto parts stores.

Last Winter the screws that held the right and left triggers to turn the snowblower fell out. I tried to add my own screws, but that fix did not last. I decided to just wait until the next Winter to have it fixed. This Winter I got the snowblower out to get ready for the new snow season. Now I had a flat in one of the tires. I knew that the very near True Value repairs small engines. I went into the store and asked about having it fixed, but I couldn't bring in the behemoth of a snowblower. They said they could pick it up, so we agreed on a time and they picked it up when said. I knew it would probable take awhile to order the parts needed so I wasn't too worried about the time. When snow was in the forecast I began to worrying. Wednesday I called and the person actually doing the work was busy with a customer. I gave them my number to call me back. The call never came. Thursday I called again and was able to speak with the right person. They said they were almost done and would call when completed. The call never came. Friday I went into the store to see what was going on. I asked one of the workers if they could find out if the snowblower was done. He said that the person who does the work was off that day and that he went home early Thursday, but he would try to see if he could find the paperwork. Their filing system must not be the greatest because it took awhile for him to find the paperwork. After he found the paperwork I paid ($1.20 materials, 29.50 Labor, $10 Pick up fee). I asked if they could drop it off at my house. The reply was that it was too late to do it today and probably could not do it Saturday. I had my wife drop me off and I took the snowblower for a walk to home, I said that they were near. If I was not so persistent I would not had the snowblower back until Monday, that is if the mechanic calls. The work was good and everyone was polite and tried to help. I'll go back because its close and I think the price was right.
Description of Work: Picked up snowblower from my house, re-attached the control triggers (for turning) and fixed a flat tire.
