It could not have gone better from our point of view. The work was done in a timely manner, with consideration for us and whatever else was going on in the house. The work area was kept as clean as reasonable, noise was non-existant, and everything about the job was done in a completely professional manner. If I had to do it over again, I would choose Solar Tinting "in a heart beat."

I called on Thursday and got a positive response. I set up an appointment for Friday morning and they were a no call/no show.

We called 3 solar tint installation providers for price estimates. Solar Tinting offered a quality product w/ a comprehensive warranty and very competitive pricing. Solar Tinting was the only company to proactively follow up w/ us to answer questions or address concerns. We were interested in a product that would provide protection for our new floors and furnishings and assist w/ energy concerns. Solar Tinting listened to what we most desired to accomplish and then showed us a variety of products that would meet our needs. The owner took time to explain product and warranty details, and the installation process. When it came time to schedule the service, Solar Tiniting was able to be at our home at a time convenient to our schedule. The installer arrived on time, used floor protection and the installation was very clean - no mess left for us to clean up later. We are very satisfied w/ the product we have on our windows and doors and very pleased w/ the serivce Solar Tinting provided. We will definitley recommend Solar Tinting to our friends, family and clients who are looking for quality tint products and professional service.

This is the newest type of film available. I thought he did an excellent job and he kept everything cleaned up as he went. This was the owner of the company, and he was a very nice man. I would recommend them to anyone.

I called Ryan after checking Angie's list...he was prompt in getting me on his schedule, arrived on time and was very professional. He described in detail the choices of tinting I had and even offered to come on another day if I wanted to "think it over" and discuss the different tints with my husband. He installed the film in a very professional manner and was great to work with. I am using him again next week on some other new windows in my home.

We had some new windows installed that we needed to have tinted. Ryan responded immediately to our request for an estimate, offered to do it for a very reasonable price, and did a terrific job with the installation! He was very professional, performed the work skillfully and cleaned up well after the work was completed.

Ryan did a great job was on time even early delivered as promised and the difference in keeping our house cool is unbelieveable!

Ryan came and explained the options for different tinting films and answered all my questions. He gave me an estimate and left me with a sample of the film I chose so I could show my husband. A few days later, I still had some more questions so he gave me the phone numbers of two of his previous clients so I could see how they liked the product in their homes. We decided to have the widows tinted and called Ryan. We set the date to install the tinting film. Ryan arrived on time. He was polite. He cleaned up everything. He had to leave to go to an appointment in the middle of the day, but he told me that ahead of time and we arranged when we would meet again and he was again on time. It was a pleasure doing business with Ryan.

A call was made to Solar Tinting to receive an estimate for window tinting in our home to prevent sun damage to both new furniture as well as new hardwood floors. We received an immediate response and made an appointment for a home visit to receive an estimate. He was very prompt and courteous, explaining different material options. His estimate was very fair and included a $100 Angies List discount. Within the week Ryan returned at the exact appointment time and completed the work in a very neat, quiet, and non-disruptive fashion. We are very pleased with the final product.

Ryan installed the window film personally on the scheduled day. He actually arrived early and the installation took less time than estimated. The windows turned out very nice. We will definitely choose his company again if we are in the market for window tinting.

Ryan was great! I emailed him on a Sunday evening to request an estimate and received a phone call the next morning. He was willing to work around my schedule to meet me at my house a couple of days later to provide an estimate, as well as samples of the window tints available. He was punctual, friendly and professional from the start. After discussing a few options, he told me he would email the final estimate for my consideration. He even offered to break it down by window if I needed him to. Once I gave him the go ahead, he AGAIN worked around my schedule to set up the installation time. How great is that?!?!?! He was right on time, completed the work in no time, answered questions, explained cleaning, etc. He even let me know I may be able to get a tax break based on improved energy efficiency. What a guy!

Ryan gave us an estimate of the cost. His price was very fair. We called him to do the work 2 days later and he finished it in a timely manner. He has done work for us before about a year ago (at that time we got his name from Angie's List). He did a great job then and an equally great job this time. I would definitely recommend calling him for the work. He cleaned up after his work was completed and told us what to expect after he left. He was polite, respectful and cleaned up everything after he was done. We had our windows and door windows tinted. Some were up high enough where he had to use a ladder to work, some windows he had to unscrew the lattice before he could apply the tint, etc. Great job!

The entire process was very satisfactory, as above.

Went very well. Fist visit was to measure and quote. Took about 20 min. The next visit is when they applied the product to the windows and it took a couple hours. They were very clean and respectful.

Overall well. Came out as scheduled. Very responsive on pricing questions. Explained differences in tint products. Missed one small window in water closet and came back immediately to remedy.

I met with Ryan on a commercial job that I am working on and felt very comfortable with him and how he does business. I had asked that he come to my home to quote some areas that we had thought about tinting. He was able to come the next day and was very clear as to how the process works and was able to give me an estimate that day. Ryan and his partner returned the next week, cleaned the windows and applied the tint. They were very professional and very clear when answering my questions. We also added a window in the kitchen that we had not talked about in our original conversation; it was no problem to add it.

Work was finished on time and it looks just like I thought it would from my previous experience with Ryan.

He was very timely. He called us when he was on his way over so we could be here when he got here. He did the work very quickly when he was here.

I called on a Tuesday and they arrived two days later which I really appreciated! The family room has a western exposure and the afternoon sun has been a major problem. Within a few hours we could tell a difference! Ryan Nordman and his associate did a super job and I highly recommend them to anyone needing this type of service!

It went very smoothly. However, I thought the price was quite high for about 1/2 hour's worth of work. I should have called around for estimates, but I just wanted to get it done and relied on Angie's List for the guidance in choosing someone. He (Ryan) was very nice, punctual and professional.

I measured the area in advance and gave him the measurements so he had what he needed when he arrived to do the work. (I did not measure the sunroom windows earlier...Ryan came out and did this himself.) He was efficient, thorough and pleasant. I also like the fact that he does all the work himself.

Ryan provided a general estimate over the phone then came to perform the job within a few days. The window was a bit larger than what we had described to him over the phone, but the additional cost was very reasonable. The actual installation took no time at all and Ryan even cleaned the area around the skylight (which normally is almost impossible for us to do considering the height of the skylight). That was very much appreciated. We also like the results of the tinting. During the afternoon the sun coming through the skylights was so hot and now it is so much improved.

I left a voice mail for Ryan on a Saturday. He called me on Tuesday and was here on Thursday. I had forgotten what a difference the solar tinting made - our living room (which has a huge west facing window) is now comfortable in the late afternoon. I don't know why we waited so long to get the tinting replaced! Ryan is very knowledgeable about his product. We also obtained a price quote for another area, but we are not going to have that portion done yet. Ryan suggested a specific film and,after I had browsed through his samples, I found it to be better than any I had discovered on my own. I highly recommend his company.
