Description of Work: I had 2 bathrooms remodeled and one with only new floor and toilet. Case had previously remodeled my kitchen and that is why I used them again. Price was twice as high as two other contractors but since I had experience with them, I chose them. This experience was not as good. I never knew when someone would show up and when they did, it was for a short while as they were sent to another jobsite. They had some personnel issues at this time so my person who was to be the lead carpenter got promoted leaving me with a person who had been with Case for a month. He did an excellent job so nothing against him, I was very pleased when he was able to stay the entire time. The painter came and introduced himself and then left for another job, leaving me with someone who did not speak English. He also did a fine job. Just the whole uncertainty of who would be here and for how long was frustrating. Cost was more than I wanted to spend and I felt like my job was always getting pushed back to accommodate other clients.

Description of Work: Had Case Design come out and change a central light fixture. They moved the electrical to install two pendant lights. Then patched the old light fixture gang box. Process was smooth. Very neat and professional.

Description of Work: I live near the University of Indianapolis on the south side of the city. Contractor was the third to come and look at my project. Unlike the first two he did not provide me with any information beyond his business card. The first two had given me information about their companies, references, and insurance information. Contractor was late for appointment stating he did not realize I lived "so far south". Contractor was very clear that he did not want to have anything to do with my project, intimating that it was beneath him. Henceforth I will look for other contractors.

Description of Work: I attended one of Case seminars regarding a bathroom remodel. It was a good presentation and I asked for a consultation and an estimate to completely redo one bath and partially redo a second smaller bath. The estimate was prompt but the estimate seemed high. Therefore I got another estimate from another company with a "A" rating in Angie's List. The second company came in quite a bit lower and since I had used the second company, I decided to go with them. The other thing I noticed was Case wanted more money up front before the actual remodel started than the second estimate with another company.

Description of Work: Case Handyman & Remodeling out of Carmel Indiana did an outstanding job on our kitchen remodel. I would give them A+ in all areas. Mark Wilson's work was the best ever. Carley Crousore was so very helpful in every aspect of helping us design the work. Andy Haldrup managed and organized the work without fault. Kim was very helpful in keeping the finances on track. All of this work was accomplished in 7 weeks it was a fun experience from beginning to end. Larry Green has put together a great team; I certainly hope he recognizes just how good these people are.

 + -1 moreTHE ESTIMATOR CAME OUT AND THEN THE WORKER HIMSELF. I WAS REALLY HAPPY WITH THE WORKER, HE SPOTTED THINGS THAT THE ESTIMATOR HADN'T. ON BALANCE, I WAS PLEASED WITH THE OVERALL WORKMANSHIP AND COMPLETENESS. THEY WENT THE EXTRA MILE TO FIND A DOOR WE WANTED, AND TO GET THE WORK DONE BEFORE WINTER. THE FINAL COST WAS APPROXIMATELY 50% MORE THAN THE ESTIMATE, HOWEVER THE ADDITIONAL WORK MAY HAVE REQUIRED THAT MUCH ADDITIONAL TIME.
Description of Work: THEY REPLACED ROTTED WOOD TRIM PIECES AND THEY TUCKPOINTED A STRESS CRACK IN THE BRICK OVER THE GARAGE DOOR.
