Excellent work by Jerry Dunmeyer. So conscientious, knowledgeable about the entire process. Cleaned up thoroughly every evening. Finished project in 14 days. No drywall dust anywhere in my bedroom.

Had hired previously to identify problem with leaking shower to i.d. problem, and keep cost low. Completed above mentioned repairs with quality and in a timely fashion. Professional. Appreciate the attention to detail, and ability to perform a variety of tasks. Only complaint is that there is usually a delay between when the estimate is completed/accepted, and when the job can be started. Once job is started the work is done very efficiently. Worker always showed up on time, and if he was going to be later than expected he would call to explain why. Very pleased with the service and outcome. Worth paying a bit more for what you get.

He was on time, very pleasant. Took time to explain the problem and how it planned on addressing it. He also cleaned up after himself! Pricey service but worth it.

They came same day i called and were very knowledgeable and thorough in checking for any other problem areas. They cleaned up all debris. I am very satisfied with the prompt response and the professionalism of the repair specialist.

Made an appointment two weeks in advance to get an estimate for substantial amount of home repairs (painting, flooring, roofing, siding, remodeling, etc). Estimator arrived on Monday, April 17th. Spent 90+ minutes with the estimator inspecting our home, and discussing the needed repairs. Estimator provided information on many available improvements/upgrades. As the estimator was preparing to leave, he told us that our home may not be in there "work area", and that he would have to check with the owner to see if they could do the repairs. On Thursday, April 20, the estimator called and confirmed that we were out of the company's "work area", and that we would have to find someone else to do the work. He said that since they wouldn't do the work, he wouldn't provide us with an estimate. The company should have decided if we were in their "work area" long before the estimator arrived at our home. Why did they even bother coming to our home? They simply wasted our time for no reason.

Very nice people, they were always on time and very clean throughout the entire process. They worked very fast and did an outstanding job.

Performed the work needed very quickly. I am very satisfied.

I RECOMMEND THEM. WE HAD A NEIGHBOR WHO GOT HERS DONE CHEAPER. I DON'T KNOW IF I WILL USE THEM AGAIN FOR PAINTING BECAUSE I THOUGHT THE PRICE WAS HIGH, BUT I COULD USE THEM FOR OTHER THINGS. THE BACKSPLASH IN THE KITCHEN IS AMAZING AND I WAS MORE IMPRESSED WITH THIS THAN THE PAINTING.

1. WORKED TO LETTER OF CONTRACT. (THEY SPELL OUT IN DETAIL AND DIDGITAL PHOTOS) 2. THEY ARE KNOWN BY AT LEAST 6 DIFFERENT COMPANY NAMES. OFFICIAL/LEGAL IS; PREMIUM HOME IMPROVEMENTS LLC.

They were very professional and knew what they were doing.

He was very nice and did a nice job with the estimate, though the scheduling was the problem.

THEY WERE VERY GOOD, AND I WOULD USE THEM AGAIN.

We are sold on Case Handyman, and we are really sold on Cecil. FANTASTIC !! We have many other projects that a 10 year old home requires. So, who do we call? Case Handyman, and ask for CECIL !!!

Initially, I was pleased with the timely response of this company. Jim was a nice salesman and seemed to move quickly. Unfortunately it took a negative turn. The work is still not complete, as they put in a faulty PTAC unit and it took them over a month to come do follow up visit. It has been at least three weeks since they were to contact me about replacing the unit and still no word. I guess they are not interested in the remaining amount of money due on my bill!

Another great experience with Case Handymen! Joe came out to give me a free estimate. He was knowledgeable, helpful, and thoroughly professional. He gave me all the information I needed to purchase the door. Cecil installed the door, did a tremendous job. Although he encountered many unexpected hitches, he was very patient and took the time to tackle each challenge with ease. The finished work is the best. I could not be happier!

Left message that I was referred by Angie's List and needed minor repairs in the home. NO return phone call.

I HAVE HAD THEM TWICE AND THEY ARE EXCELLENT!

I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH THE WHOLE PROCESS AND WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM. EVERYONE I DEALT WITH WAS VERY POLITE AND HELPFUL. THEY WERE ON TIME AND CLEANED UP THE AREA WHEN THEY LEFT FOR THE DAY. THE WORKMANSHIP WAS EXCELLENT.

HE COULDN'T HELP ME, BUT HE REFERRED SOMEONE WHO COULD, AND WAS VERY HELPFUL AND COURTEOUS.

CECIL WAS VERY POLITE AND PLEASANT TO WORK WITH. HE TOLD ME EVERYTHING THAT HE NEEDED TO DO AND APPROXIMATELY HOW LONG IT WOULD TAKE. WE HAVE A DOG AND CAT AND HE HAD NO TROUBLE WITH THE ANIMALS. BOTH OF THEM PRETTY MUCH STAYED OUT OF HIS WAY, BUT HE WAS VERY FRIENDLY WITH THEM. HE WAS VERY GOOD ABOUT CLEANING UP AFTER THE JOB WAS DONE AND TAKING ANY TRASH THAT HE HAD CREATED WITH HIM.

THEY WERE REASONABLY PRICED AND CORDIAL. I WOULD USE THEM AGAIN.

VERY GOOD EXPERIENCE. THE CONSULTANT WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND THE HANDYMAN WAS VERY PROMPT AND EFFICIENT ON GETTING THE WORK DONE. VERY HAPPY WITH THE QUALITY OF THE WORK. WOULD RECOMMEND.

ALL WORK PERFORMED WAS VERY ACCEPTABLE. EVERYTHING WAS EXPLAINED UP-FRONT, AND THERE WERE NO SURPRISES. THE ONLY DOWNSIDE WAS WAITING FOR MATERIALS, WHICH WAS A SUPPLIER ISSUE.

JOE R. WAS VERY TIMELY WHEN COMING TO DO THE ESTIMATE. THE WORK THAT WAS DONE WAS EXACTLY WHAT THE ESTIMATE SAID THEY WOULD DO. THEY WERE VERY CLEAN. YOU COULDN'T EVEN TELL THAT THEY HAD BEEN THERE.
