I contacted Case about repairing damaged drywall from a roof leak. The estimate was for about 1 hour of work. The repairman who came out to do the work was very courteous and professional. He finished the job in less than an hour and then offered to work on other items with the remaining time. He fixed several other minor items at no extra charge. We were very pleased with the work and will use Case again in the future.

He was great, he called to let me know he would be a little be late and that was fine.

The work went well. It took a couple of weeks to get on the estimator's schedule but once he arrived, everything went quickly and smoothly. As you would expect with a drywall project, it took three trips but the two followup trips were quick and efficient. The work was very well done.

The work was completed quickly and satisfactorily. I have had Case do many projects in my home and I am never disappointed.

It went really great. I live in Columbus, Ohio trying to get work done (paid for) on my son's home in Indianapolis while he is deployed in Iraq. Working with Jim at Case has been great. They have been very understanding working with me being out of state. I really like how they meet with the homeowner with the crew chief that will be doing the actual work before hand. They go over the proposed work and note possible problems. They kept me informed at all times. This company is very professional and I have nothing but positive things to say about them.

They were very responsive with the quote and in having someone contact me that was coming out to do the work. The person they sent was very professional and clean. I felt they did an excellent job.

Case was an absolute pleasure to work with. We began consulting with Larry Greene on this project in January of 2006. Larry worked with us for more than five months before we finally had a signed contract. During that time he visited with us frequently in order to discuss various options and alternative methods of proceeding. He also invited us to his house for general ideas with respect to home theater cabinetry and wet bar construction. We never felt hurried or pressured. After approximately five months of consultation, we signed a contract with Case. The contract was performed to perfection. I cannot say enough good things about the people who actually performed the work. Tim Kraus was the lead guy and was absolutely wonderful. He was careful in his work, patient with his clients, and was just great. Dean Knotts did the custom cabinetry and was a superb craftsman. Mauricio Gomez did all of the custom staining work and we had lots of wood to stain. Once again, they did great work.

The entire experience with Case was fantastic. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing miscellaneous projects done. The estimator was professional, knowledgeable and accurate in his assessing of the job. The workman was professional, punctual, clean & did quality work on a wide variety of projects. The price seemed very reasonable given the amount of time and materials required.

Case was great at coming out to give us an estimate. The work hasn't been done yet because we are waiting on our builder to ship the window to us. I have been impressed with Case because they follow up on when the work will need to be done. As soon as the window arrives we will have the work done.

They were very personable, reasonable, courteous on the phone and responsive. I thought they were a very good company to use.

He was very nice and gave a quote on a per hour basis. We decided to try and move the cabinets ourselves.

They did an excellent job. They are very professional and attentive to detail. A few scheduling problems, but overall I think they did come at the times they said and tried to fix any conflicts as soon as possible. Their workman listened and worked with my ideas and built everything to code and to look as if it was original to the house.

Good experience start to finish. Left message after hours and scheduler called me the next day. I explained that I need an experienced finish trim carpenter to mate new crown to existing 30-year-old crown trim. One week later, Dean arrived 10 minutes early for the appointment. I showed him what I wanted done. He went to work immediately and did a wonderful job splicing together pre-stained boards and making the transitions nearly impossible to see. Dean trimmed out both sides of my fireplace hearth. Case has a coupon on their web site. I regret that I forgot to give it to Dean at the end of the job.

Jim was helpful with the estimate and worked with us to get the contract exactly the way we wanted it - very detailed. They dealt with subcontractors which was usually the only times there were delays. The project was scheduled for 5-6 weeks but ended up taking 8 weeks which all in all seemed good to me. We are very pleased with the end result and appreciate the 2 year warranty on their work. Their price was excellent for the quality.

Very good. Workers did fine job and special commendations to Cecil who's a true gem to work with. Coordinator needed reminding and often failed to align schedules with the other groups on the job (e.g., the appliance installers), but overall the project went well.

Awful!!! Communication among workers was poor. They tried to take advantage of my poor knowledge of bathrooms. When they ultimately finished work, they did a good job.

After having significant trouble getting any Angie's list roofing company to even come and look at a minor leak problem I was having (due to the hailstorm backlog - apparently insurance work is more lucrative than my piddly job), it was suggested to me to try a handyman company that had a roofing person. I called Case Handyman, and they were able to schedule me within 10 days. Jerry came out and fixed some minor flaws in the roof with sealant. Then he was kind enough to explain a few things he noticed that would need attention in the next few months. He also fixed the ceiling where the leak had come through. He was punctual (actually 15 minutes early), and I felt completely comfortable leaving him in my home to finish the job while I continued on to work. I will absolutely use this company again due to their service-oriented attitude and excellent work. I am perfectly willing to pay a few extra dollars to get good service and excellent workmanship.

They did good. I am happy I did business with them. Price and quality of product was very good, especially on the product quality. The workers were fast, efficient and clean. When they left the room was left very clean. My home is a better home now since their installation.

Case sent a rep out quickly, assessed it and a quote came a week later. we agreed to the work and a start date in few weeks, once the windows were in. After a few weeks I called to inquire and was told we would receive a call from the project manager that day to schedule. Four days went by before he called and I had called twice during that period. He then scheduled me THREE weeks out. Meanwhile visible water was still leaking into my house when it rained. I expressed my dissatisfaction and the start date was moved up. Workers arrived for short periods of time and then left. I had to call the company to learn if someone was arriving that day several times during the project. Trim around the interior of the window was cut incorrectly and I was given the choice of waiting two more weeks or changing the design to accommodate the error. In all the work was done to our satisfaction, but the company cared more about signing the contract than actually completing the work.

Mike did almost all the work, the demolition, rebuilding, plumbing, tile, electric. He's an exceptional craftsman, polite, considerate, neat. Every detail addressed. Case may be a little more expensive, but worth it for the quality of their work.

They were professional and punctual. I did not get any other bids. I did all the staining myself.

Although I was pleased with the result of the service and the representative was very polite, I was not pleased with the price. He did about 15 minutes worth of work (which turned out to be a clogged gutter) and I was charged a 2 hour minimum price. He did ask if there was anything else I wanted him to look at while I was there and he did give me some good advice to get some other repairs done outside of his scope, but the price was killer.
