They did a nice job. They were fast to respond and fast to do the work. They cleaned up well. I would use them again if needed. They were very professional.

Very well. Jobs look seamless. You can tell it was not done by a jack of all trades type. The plumbing expert used copper pipe and the stone work that had to be removed was replaced. I would challenge anyone to tell me which pieces were removed. The lights are a very nice addition. We initially thought one area did not have enough light and asked for another light unit which they added without hassle.

He was above average. Every time someone came to the house it was someone different. The end result was OK. It took a long time to get all the work done.

Mike Pfeil and Cecil Lester did a wonderful job, in a timely manner and they made sure that the work area was left neat and clean. I would recommend this company to everyone and will be using them again in the near future. Great Job!

It was very professional. They sent somebody out to do an estimate of the work. They sent a crew out at the scheduled time. They did not rush the job. They did it thoroughly and we are still happy with the work. I have recommended them to other people.

I had several items built and repaired for the house. This group always does good work for me, and they are always very professional. I have worked with them for quite a while and I don't plan to go to any other company.

Overall everything has gone greatly....as expected....one of the managers has gone out of his way to match the stain of our kitchen cabinets so the trim work they are doing will match perfectly. You would think that the Case people our family or at least great neighbors by the work and politeness of there service personnel and managers. They are a A1 group of guys.

He was very good. He was neat. He was able to match the different railings as they were different kinds. He showed up on time and we are happy with how everything looks.

They were very friendly and the handyman that came out was Cecil and I would highly recommend him and would use the service again in the future.

Very punctual, very clean and over all a great service. I have already called him back for other work to be done.

They are probably about a mile to a mile and a half away from my house and the price they charged was $85 an hour with a 2 hour minimum. My major disappointment with them was the $40 trip charge they wanted to charge me. If I would have used them, I would have paid a minimum for the job of approximately $210 which didn't seem right seeing as they were only a minute away from my house. Admit tingly, they had a friendly receptionist there who told me I needed to find another job or two to have done because I really didn't have enough work for them to do for the cost.

Went great. We had a deadline to get this done this weekend. This project had some unique architectural challenges. However, Joe, who has been with Case Remodeling for years, knew exactly what to do to solve the problem. I HIGHLY recommend Case Handyman for your next home remodeling project! He was a lifesaver for us this week!

The contractors were on time and did the repair well enough to blend in with the rest of the ceiling. Because it is a minimum 2 hour time, the second time out, the contractor did some electrical work for me to fill the 2 hours.

He was very professional, on time, and hand delivered the estimate in a just a day or 2. We are currently deciding which companies to proceed with.

They call us when they are going to come out. The gentlemen that showed up did a great job. He is one of the quickest painters I have ever seen.

Very good work. Explained what he was going to do. We needed additional parts, showed me why (dry rot). Plumber gave me his direct phone number. This is second project they did for me. Carpentry was great, too.

Jim Isaacs was prompt in his response to our request for an estimate. He was available to answer any questions and kept up with the progress of the project. He offered advice on color and the type of material best used in the area. Cecil Lester was instrumental in preparing the kitchen for the work and then in reinstalling and cleaning up after the work was complete. Both were friendly and very knowledgeable about their work. It was a pleasure to have them in our home and to see such pride in a job well done.

He came and did the work in about two hours. The lazy Susan was a replacement and was particularly difficult to adjust as I can attest because I attempted to do it first.

They come and do everything. They get good reports for coming on time, they called when they were going to be 10 minutes late.

We were very pleased with the work that Doug did.

While it took a long time from initial contact to the start of the job, once started the work was done in a timely manner and the quality was exceptional. I'm pretty picky and the project manager, Tim Kraus, was always anxious to accommodate. His work and that of his subs was meticulous and the finished product exceeded our expectations. The job included the installation of a custom sauna which was complex, but Tim did a masterful job. Pricing is toward the upper end for remodeling but the qualify of workmanship makes Case a good value. I will definitely use them for future projects.

It went well. They were prompt and did a good job within the estimate figure. Their estimate included an "transportation" fee of $40. When I asked them what this covered, they remarked fuel and maintenance of our vehicles. I had no problem with the amount or purpose, but wondered why the fee isn't just combined with the total cost of the project. Why does it need to be listed separate?
