Mike Pfiel is a top professional. We have used him four times, so you can see we have confidence in him. He will always do a top job and never cut corners, like many other contractors. However, you pay by the hour, not by the job, so be prepared for that.

They are very detail oriented, very accommodating as far as the time frame we wanted. They cost a little more but you get very, very comprehensive customer service.

We had a great experience with Case. Joe Reidman was able to come out very quickly to get an idea of what we wanted. He also gave us a lot of ideas that we hadn't even thought of. He quickly gave us an estimate, and we were able to get scheduled very quickly. Neil was the person who did the work and he was great!! We thought of a few additional things we wanted to have done along the way and he completed them promptly. The window shutter was knocked off the front of our house in a wind storm and Neil stayed later than he had planned to repair it because he knew we had a home study for an adoption the next day and knew it was important to us to make a good impression on the social worker. Our house burnt down this past June and we are a day away from closing on our new house. There are several repairs, and quite a bit of remodeling, we want to do on the new house and Case was the only company we ever considered doing the work. Joe came out several times before we even closed to see what we wanted done and, again, came up with great ideas that we never thought of. We are hoping that Neil will be able to work with us again because we loved him!

The project went great! All of the Case employees were professional, polite, prompt, responsive, helpful and they all performed their work skillfully. The basement looks amazing and we love it!

We were very happy with the whole process, from start to finish. Larry and his crew were ultra-professional, knowledgeable, and always helpful. I can't say enough good things about our new porch, and of Case!!

I found the folks at Case to be knowledgeable, creative, pleasant to work with, reliable, responsive and flexible. Anything that was questionable was addressed honestly and quickly and resolved to my satisfaction. They were more expensive than other quotes, however, I believe I got a higher quality of work and appreciated the fact that without exception the workers were pleasant to have in and around the house. They arrived when they said they would and cleaned up before they left. I would hire Case again for major or minor work.

Larry Green runs his company the way all organizations should run - great customer service, highly competent staff and extraordinary attention to detail. This was our second major project with Case and we couldn't have been more pleased. Larry went out of his way to help us save money while getting exactly what we wanted. Andy Haldrup did a great job as project foreman and Tim Kraus is an absolute genius with figuring out solutions to construction problems. All work was great except for one sub who's work wasn't up to par, but Larry and Andy took care of the problem promptly and completely. I would recommend Case to anyone who has a major remodeling job.

Everything was excellent in every way. They were prompt, and actually fixed the gutters where our home builder had failed to.

It was fine. We have had no problems with the leak. They were very prompt and actually got it fixed when others couldn't.

He would not give me an itemized estimate. He brought a lot of contractors because his people were backed up. When he got the bids they ended up being shot in the dark estimates, because of the square footage, and said the reason it was more expensive than everyone else was the quality. I asked him for a specific and itemized bid and quote and he would not give it to me. He never gave me any specific or itemized details about the quality, just saying that it was because of the quality it would cost that much. Throwing out random numbers and figures without reason or explanation. If they could have given me the itemized information I needed for why they were so expensive I might have used them.

While the craftsmanship was acceptable, they did not finish each task. Damage to drywall was not filled in and sanded, caulking not completed, etc. They were to come back and finish but never did. Most alarming, was the original time quote was 50% less than actual time spent and the work was still not completed. Most disappointing, they did not come back to finish the work.

The process on getting the estimate went well with only a delay in getting a quote from the window maker for the replacement window.

They were prompt and did a good job. Any concerns that came up they were very quick to fix. I would highly recommend them and use them again in the future.

It went very well working them. They cleaned up well when they were done with the work. They explained everything that they were doing to me when they were working.

I was happy with the work they did. It was tough getting started due to the weather issues. Few issues in getting people who could get on the roof. Once the weather cooperated they were after some minimal time. I did feel I had to follow up to get the job started. I would use them again though.

They came out twice. The first time they sealed around the electrical boxes outside, where water seemed to be coming in. But I still had water coming down a pipe holding electrical wires, behind the fuse box. They got up on the roof, and found water pooling into leaves/whirlybirds that had collected and seemed to be seeping behind some loose flashing, and following a wall down. They fixed the flashing and built a little valley to make sure water didn't pool and instead. drained down into the gutter. For the chimney, flashing was fixed, and the board on the roof behind the garage was fixed no charge, as that had been fixed previously. On his way out the door, Mike also fixed my stuck garbage disposal.

Excellent. Cecil was great. Very professional, helpful, and prompt.

Did not select due to very steep price.

He arrived on time. He got the job done within a couple of hours. He didn't go over the amount money that he said it was going to cost. He was very professional as well.

They were prompt which was helpful because otherwise we wouldn't have a sink. They were also neat and clean; they covered up the floor so they didn't do any damage to it.

They were wonderful. I would use them again. Excellent work!

They were always on time to do the work. They always called when they were on their way over to the house. They are very trustful people. They got the work done when they said they would. They cleaned up everything when they were done working.

The workmen were knowledgeable and careful. When I questioned one item, it was promptly corrected.

He gave me the hourly fee up front, but didn't tell me there was a driving fee until I called back to confirm they were coming. It ended up being over $500 to do the 5x7 area, and I bought the molding myself. I have no complaint with the job, but I thought $85 an hour plus almost $50 for driving was a little excessive.

Mike was awesome from start to finish! He worked very methodically and did not waste a moment of time. His attention to detail and pride in workmanship is evident in everything he does. We could not be more pleased with his work.
