We were very pleased with the high quality of the work performed. Tim, the primary carpenter, was a pleasure to work with and kept a clean worksite. We would work with Case on future projects.

This company is amazing. I liked the design and build concept where they take care of the project from start to finish. They are very accomodating and quality oriented. This was the best experience that I have ever had with a contractor. We were indecisive in several areas, but they took the time to help us make decisions, and there was never any pressure.

We had a room added to our house 11 years ago by Spivey. Last fall, water was coming into the house via one of the two skylights. Someone from another company who came out indicated that the seal in the skylight window was the cause of the leak and both skylight windows needed to be replaced and the roof should be re-shingled. The cost would be between $2000 and $3000. Mike Pfeil from Case came out next and determined what the real problem was. The windows has been improperly installed 11 years ago. All that was needed was to add a wrap around the skylight and re-install the molding around the windows properly. The seals on the windows were fine. He came out and in one day did both windows re-installing the original roof shingles which also did not need to be changed. We have had Mike do other jobs for us and found him to be very professional, on-time, and he explains what he is doing and how long it will take. We enjoy working with him and all the others from Case that we have had work on our home. I have heard our neighbors say that Case is good but expensive. To me solving the real problem for less money is the best approach. Case is the only handyman service we will use going forward.

Work was done well, but compared with other handymen I have used, the price was high relative to the quality of work received. They are professional and will get the job done, but I wouldn't expect them to go the extra mile.

Great experience. I have used Case for remodeling work and knew that their craftsmen were excellent. Mauricio, their painting specialist, and his assistant Randy were absolutely excellent. They went above and beyond in many case to make sure that the job was done perfectly including replacing a lot of exterior wood.

Everything was fine, expect the bid was too high.

The job ended up being too expensive so we decided to wait. They were professional and on time for the estimate.

Could not be happier with what has been done. Have asked for estimated on two other projects. Would use them again without hesitation and have recommended case to several of my friends who are considering a remodel.

A gentleman came out and gave a quote for me. I knew that they had a great reputation with Angie's List so I agreed to have them out. I purchased a door and had the worker pick it up. The man came out and he showed me the door to make sure it was the correct one. He showed me that he tried to use a 2x4 to straighten the drywall and there was a little more work that needed to be done to fix it, he would have to use washers. I told him I didn't care what it looked like, as long as it was fixed. At the end of the first day he gave me a bill for 7 hours, originally they told me it was going to be 5 hours. He called me later on that night and asked me if I had seen the bill. He told me that he would come out the next day and would do another half hours worth of work, which I didn't think I would be billed for. The next day he told me that it actually took 2 hours but that he waived the trip charge for me since it took longer then quoted. I called the gentleman that gave me the quote and told him that I didn't understand that I would have another bill, I had thought that the first bill was the only one. He told me to only pay for the additional half hour since that's what was quoted to me. The work that they did was well. However, I didn't like the billing, since they were going to charge me for twice the time then originally quoted. The manager told me he was going to reduce the bill, but I haven't received the invoice yet ? I am confident that it will be what the manager and I have discussed.

Great! Mike came to do the work and right away had a plan to mount the piece. He was very responsive to our questions and concerns. The price was a little more than we had expected (we did not ask for an estimate beforehand), but the work was excellent!!

They gave us an Angie's List discount. I like that they know so much. The same serviceman fixed several different things for us.

The company was good. The scheduling was difficult, but the work they did was excellent. The problem I had was with the scheduling and that it took way longer than it should have.

We had an excellent experience with Case. Their price was much lower than the other company I asked to provide a bid. Case made several recommendations while turning my rough sketches into a professional design that worked out extremely well. The job started and ended on schedule. The workman were very courteous and cleanly. The trim work on the shelves and cabinets really look great! A great company to work with!

They did a terrific job! They were prompt and very professional. The written estimate was more professional than any others I had received from other competitors. They cleaned up the work-site daily. We plan to use Case again in the future.

Got the work done on budget and close to estimated time (delay in obtaining a special door). Good work, professional and polite. Great detail work. Cleaned up after each day, controlled the dust with sheeting, gave regular progress updates.

It was a great experience from start to end. Case assisted with the new design, incorporating our ideas and offering suggestions. When it came to choosing flooring, cabinets and other products, they provided us with an interior designer, which turned the finished product from a nice remodel, to a complete WOW! The work was actually completed in less time than anticipated and talk about being tidy, the area was cleaned every night and the dust prevention was a great addition. We could not have been happier with the experience.

Case had great employees who were very comfortable to work with and did an excellent job. They finished the job on time and within the proposed budget. Larry Greene, the owner, personally walked us throughout the project.

Things went very well. They were a very good company. They were very professional which was impressive to me. They were also very respectful to my home. Their care and cleanliness was very good. We found them on Angie's List with 5 or 6 others and this companies price also came in as the lowest. We were very pleased with the end result and this company.
