They did a great job. I had a great experience. My husband wanted somebody that would show up everyday and who had had good grades from Angie?s List. He just really wanted this because he is a nervous Nellie about these kinds of things. The reason we took them was because we were sure that somebody was going to show up everyday. They were here everyday and showed up on time every morning. They had a foreman that showed up everyday too. They were great and cleaned up everyday. In contrast, my daughter started some work in February and finished about the same time I did, because her people did not show up everyday. I got everything that I wanted and the looks that I wanted. Their workmanship was excellent. Everything was good including the work done by the painters. The room looks beautiful. The quality was beautiful. There was one little glitch that I didn?t like, so they rectified it. We have a dumbwaiter in the corner, and they were able to fix that and do everything around it. They went above and beyond. They were good about coming and taking care of things. Even now, like when I had a little glitch with the faucet, they were responsive and came right away. Their punctuality was incredible. On another occasion, I had a realtor come out one day who subsequently did not call or show up, so I did not use him. Punctuality is very important to me. They were great on being punctual everyday. Also, if the foreman was going to be late, he would call and tell me he wouldn?t be there at that particular time, or would usually call the day before and tell me. They may have been a little bit higher in terms of the price, but I don?t know that and wouldn?t know how to grade the price. I would have been my own contractor and just hired everybody and hoped for the best. It would have been cheaper, but we had the money to do it and we did it. I didn?t have any negative experiences. I would recommend them to others and would use them again in the future if needed.

I really like them. I was pleased with their work and I would use them again in the future.

This project was outstanding from beginning to end. Each and every person involved was professional, skilled, courteous, and a pleasure to work with. Bill and his design team were outstanding in their creativity, listening skills, and guidance throughout the design process. Bill was very diplomatic and patient in helping me make choices of styles, materials, colors, etc. Neil, our lead carpenter, was outstanding (did I say outstanding again!!). During the construction phase, he was commited to our job, he was here all day, everyday. He oversaw every detail of the construction phase. Neil is very skilled and a very detailed person; he kept me informed, he answered my questions, and was a very pleasant person to have working in my home. I am sure there are many people, that I don't know, who helped to make this a successful project. It still amazes me that from the first day of demolition to the day that I was back cooking in my new kitchen was only four weeks!

The estimator came out on a Saturday morning and gave me an approximate estimate considering we did not know the extent of the damage. A Carpenter came out on the following Monday and made the repairs! Truely, excellent service aand the quality of the work was excellent! I could not be happier!

Almost from the beginning things went wrong. They made poor decisions, and the project was much longer than needed. On our final visit to go over the contract, the owner asked if we wanted a permit, which was in another company's name. Instead of taking out the drywall, they decided to do a repair job, which was complete waste of time. We still don?t have a credit for the lights that we never installed and I am now pulling off molding and placing it back on the wall. I?m not a carpenter, but I can do a better a job. We are noticing little things that aren?t done, that was clearly stated in the contract, specifically the valance over the refrigerator. Some days they didn?t show up to work. The only thing good I have to say is that they hired a flooring company, which did a great job. I wouldn?t recommend him to anyone.

Completed work as scheduled and quality of work was excellent.

He did the job just fine and it only needed one coat of stain.

The experience was really good. I was very satisfied with the guy that came out. I think we had a misunderstanding in the beginning in terms of time frame and things that we wanted done, but when we got done with that portion of it we were very pleased how they did the project in my house, and I can't say anything bad about that. Their price was competitive. We will use them again because we were pleased with them.

They were meticulous about cleaning up after themselves and installed everything correctly. They were also on time. For the entry door, they left instructions on how to reset the lock on the new door to match the existing key.

They did an excellent job. It was not the cheapest we could find but we are just so pleased with their service.

We were pleased with them and they did a nice job. We have used them periodically on and off for probably 8 years now. They are going to be doing a job for us shortly. We chose them because they were located close by and they didn't have to travel a great distance to get to our home. Moreover, most companies now charge a travel charge too. We used their services because they guarantee their work for a year. They come back and fix anything that goes wrong. They are good and friendly people. They are a nice company to work with. The price that they charge is a bit on the higher side, but you get what you pay for. My overall experience with them has been pretty good so far. I had a recent experience where we had a minor problem that turned into a nightmare. However, it wasn't what they did, but it was a problem with our house. We then found that we had to have them come out to repair the flooring in our bathroom. We then asked them to work with another company which they agreed to do. You don't find many companies nowadays that are willing to work together. I would use their services in the future too and in fact, I have even recommended them to my daughter.

Frankly, they didn't know what they were doing. It took a long time to get the price from them. Basically they aren't plumbers, and they have to rely on subs and that's why it took so long to get the price. They are nice people and they came right away.

The handyman was on time, did the work, and cleaned up nicely.

They were fine, but, we have just not made the decision. I felt that they were trying to pressure us and that is why we could not make a decision.

The experience was absolutely excellent. They explained everything perfectly, did everything as promised and kept me informed every step of the way. The carpenter who did the work was extremely nice, extremely friendly and did just marvelous work. I was really satisfied with their work.

They did an excellent job. They seemed to have experience in rehabbing wood, which is what my job called for. The door was mahogany and had glass around it. They were professional and I would use them again if needed.

I trust that they told us their policy, but it didn?t sink in. Suddenly we found ourselves paying for quite a bit of money. We paid an extra fee for mileage even though they?re less than a quarter mile away from our house and we paid for two hours of labor when it only took a half an hour to complete the project. We were charged the minimum fee, so we paid $200 for less than one hour of labor. We also paid $30 or $40 for their gas, even though it doesn?t cost that much for them to drive a quarter of a mile. In their defense, they probably explained the policy. We paid the bill and swore that we would never use them again. The quality of the work was fine and they came when they said they would. I believe that the worker was embarrassed by the price because he asked if there was anything else that he could do while he was here. Overall, I was very unhappy with the price.

Disappointed with preconstruction meeting promised that did not happen. Painter, Mauricio, was fantastic and maticuloius in his prep of painted areas and painting. Subcontactors used to install windows were friendly, knowledgeable, and respectful while working on home. Their install was professional and expert. Painter coordinated on areas where work overlapped. Outcome of entire project very sucessful.

They were very professional, showed up on time every day, and the workers were very presentable. They always left the house spotless when they left every evening. They came in below estimate. We are absolutely pleased with both remodel jobs and we would highly recommend them!

The only thing that went wrong with the job is Neil had to come back and fix the front door. I had another guy come in and he did not know what he was doing. I tried to call him but he disappeared. Neil Getz installed the hardwood floor. He did an excellent job.

They do excellent work. We had a small house fire so they built it up from the ground up. They put hardwood floors and it turned out be perfect. He was here on time. We had a major tiling job in the bathroom and it now looks like a 4 star hotel. He did all the wood working and many more things. We have had only a small issue with them but they were right on the phone with us. My mother just died. My mother was in a nursing home so we had some kind of a conflict on when they could get here. They called all the time. The price was what I expected and it is worth every scent. I have already called Neil back again. We actually became friends. He is a very nice man and an expert carpenter. He did fabulous job. The upper management came into the house to look at his work and make sure the work is done properly.

Their quality and care on the job is excellent. They respected us as owners, as they left their shoes at the door before coming into our house. Their price may be on the high side, but they provided great customer service. They will continue to be used by us as they begin working on our bathroom.

The price was a little high since they charged by the hour not the job. They stated during the estimate that it would be a two person job, but only one showed up and it took 4 hours instead of the 3 that they quoted.

Everything has been fine. They are able to do what I ask, and I have been happy with them each time. They charge by the hour, and sometimes they tend to take a little longer chatting, so I have better luck when I just give him a list of the work I would like done. I have not compared prices, but they charge $75 per hour. The handyman who comes to my house is not a perfectionist, but he gets the job done. I have been happy with them overall, and will continue to use them.
