He was less expensive than anyone else I spoke with, so I used him. He came and did the work on schedule and was done within a week. However, within a few months of replacing the glass, two of the windows were already fogged over. Since then, a third has also become fogged. I have called him numerous times asking him to come and replace the glass that is under a five year warranty, or send me the receipt for the glass so I can use someone else to have the glass installed. All I want is a copy of the receipt for the glass, and I will gladly pay someone else to do it, but I can't even get that from him. I wish I would've used someone with a higher bid who would've been more professional.
