My house is a two story Victorian. I had been getting ridiculously inflated quotes for cleaning and finally got Watts name from a neighbor's mother. (Sometimes it is hard to comb through Angie's List for the right fit.) They came out, gave me the estimate, and completed the work immediately. They cleaned up the debris and asked me where I would like the bags placed. They also let me know I have a little problem with a section of the gutter and offered some suggestions on the best ways to fix the problem. I am very happy and will be calling them again.

My home's gutters had been covered with a screening material the was supposed to keep debris out and make them pretty carefree. It didn't work, and my gutters needed to be cleaned. I hired Watts Window Company to come out, and they were out the next day. Not all of the screening was secure, and, based on Chris' suggestion, I opted to have the screening removed totally. While they were working, one of the men was stung by wasps that had set up house in my gutters! Apparently, there were two separate nests. Rather than just leave the pests, Chris left the job to get wasp spray and then removed them! I was extremely impressed with the job that Watts Windows did on my guttering, and, as I have several maple trees on my property, I will be seeing them soon!

We purchased a home that had been empty for over a year in Aug and needed a thorough cleaning of the gutters. Watts returned my call quickly, gave an idea of pricing over the phone, came out that evening to give a more exact quote, and we scheduled the cleaning. The quotes were very fair. They came out, cleaned the gutters, and cleaned up any mess that had been made in the process. We had some concerns at first so Mr. Watts came out to check them out. Everything was as it should be and he even pointed out some concerns in our roof that we were unaware of. He was very patient with our questions and did an excellent job. I would recommend them to anyone in the market for gutter cleaning. We will be using them in the spring for our window cleaning needs.

They came on time, started working and apologized for having to quit when a sudden electrical storm came up. They returned the following day to complete the job. Upon our recommendation, our son contacted them to clean his windows.

Chris Watts was referred to me by another company for gutter cleaning. I found Chris to be very responsive to my calls and was able to do the work in a timely manor. After checking with one other gutter cleaning company to get an estimate I found that Watts Window Co. was able to do the work for $30.00 less. Chris and his helper were both pleasant, professional and absolutely understood what my husband wanted when they cleaned the gutters. He wanted to make sure that the debris was scooped out of the gutters and note blow down the gutters which is how Chris normally did the work.
