Chris does a wonderful job cleaning our gutters. We have used him numerous times and will continue to do so. He does a good job of following up with customers and following through with things. When I called this time, he wasn't able to clean the gutters right away due to the weather, but said he would once the weather cooperated. True to his word, he did just that. It is great to have a service provider that is consistent in the quality of services provided and dependable.

Perfect service! Service like it is hard to find these days! Chris went quietly about his work which was the best cleaning I have ever had. I have skylights on the roof which other cleaners declined to wash but Chris got them both sparkling in and out amazingly! I also have many high second story windows and below the terrain is difficult but with no complaint he did those also. He spent a long time and the work was done with great care. I felt the quote was a real bargain considering the time he devoted and the fine quality of his work! He has also cleaned my gutters and I was equally pleased with that cleaning!

He was punctual and very detailed. We were very impressed and the price was very reasonable. We definitely will use him again.

Chris Watts was very responsive, coming out to give a quote the same day I called. His prices were very competitive and he was able to do the work while he was here. They kept the flower bed clean of debris, and bagged all the trash. Once finished they used a blower to clean the sidewalks. Chris guaranteed his work, and said I could call him back if I noticed any problems in the future. He was very kind, courteous and professional.

I call Mr. Watts and left message for him, and he reply me very quick and swing by my house to give me a quote. Very good price!! They came on time and very polite, wear shoe covers, quiet and work **** ** every single window. I am so impressed for their hard work. After they clean the window, one bird hit the window at basement for several times! We have a big picture window at family room, it is so relaxed sitting at the couch and looking outside enjoy out best view ever. I will refer them to all my friends. .Overall, this was probably as good as it gets for hiring any type of service, I'd imagine. This was my first outsourced project for our first home. I contacted Chris late in the week with a voicemail, within the hour I received a call back and he let me know he'd come by the next day for an estimate and would leave a quote under our door. We were so happy(and relieved) to see the quote for our gutter job. It was under the budget we were bracing for and he gave us a 10% discount for being a first time customer. This was very generous because his price before the discount was also great and below our budget. This was part of the reason I gave him a call to begin with. His pricing seemed much more reasonable than some of the larger, franchise-type companies. Chris works with a small crew, keeping your experience with him personable and you don't feel unimportant at any time. As a result, there is a real attention to detail with the work he does because he takes pride in doing it right the first time and is on site for most, if not all jobs(you'd have to ask him, but I think he works on each job they accept). They performed the work on a Monday, after providing the estimate on Friday. Perhaps most impressive was that I called to schedule a time to get the work done and he let me know since he was in the area, he could swing by that very day to perform the work and he would leave an invoice for us to pay when he's done. He left the invoice under the door and I mailed out his check the next morning. My only regret was that I didn't actually get to meet Chris in person, because he performed all of his work while I was at work during the day. He'll get any of our future gutter work, window work or any other type of work that he specializes in because he exceeded my expectations in all areas. Thanks so much Chris! You made my first hired service at our home a pleasure!

Mr. Watts did the best job I have ever had on the gutters. My house is built on a slope, making the cleaning process quite difficult and somewhat dangerous. He also gave me the best price of anyone I have ever had do the gutters. In addition, he put on a metal patch over the hole a squirrel had made into the attic and did not charge me since it was in a hard to get to location and he didn't know if the patch would stay. He said he didn't charge for anything he couldn't guarantee but I was very grateful to have him attempt the repair and was amazed he didn't charge for it because he spent a good deal of time trying to make it work. While he was there, I asked for an estimate to clean the windows and screens in and out since he also cleans windows. Again the estimate was the lowest I have ever had. I look forward to having him again for the windows. I am so happy to have found such a hardworking, customer-oriented professional who gave me excellent results for a very low price. (He also gave me a 10% new customer discount!)

Great, as usual. I usually just get the gutters cleaned ($110), but I decided it was worth it to get the windows cleaned too. They did everything while I was at work, so I came home to gleaming windows. They bagged the debris from the gutters and put it behind the gate in my back yard as directed.

Have used Watts cleaning many times over the years. I've tried other companies but they don't even come close to the courtesy, quality and efficiency of Watts.

They were nice and professional. They arrived on time and did quality work. For what it's worth, they knew a lot of about gutter cleaning and expressed a passion for it.

They arrived right on time and got right to work. They cleaned the inside entryway windows which were very high and then all of my outside windows. I can't say enough great things about this company! My windows look absolutely amazing! They were so fast and also cleaned my front door light fixtures which made a huge difference. I thought the price was very fair too. I will definitely be using them again!

I decided at the last minute that my windows needed to be cleaned in time for the holiday. I had used Chris Watts before and called to see if they could work me in. Chis was able to get my windows cleaned despite the frigid temps and rain and snow. Very professional. I will call them back in the spring for gutter and window cleaning.

Chris came out and gave me an estimate for cleaning our windows. I told him the date that I was hoping to have them done, and he had it available. They showed up right on time. They got to work immediately and they were done in about an hour. I was blown away with how great the windows looked! They were extremely polite and so easy to work with. He also suggested that we might want to have our gutters cleaned in the near future due to all of the debris from the roof. On closer inspection we realized he was correct. They were being weighed down and definitely need to be taken care of. We will have them back to do those very soon. I would highly recommend this company....excellent from start to finish!

First, they were on time. We had asked them to come out and clean our gutters and give us an estimate to clean our windows. They quoted a price for cleaning the gutters. Amazingly, however, they later offered to lower the price since after inspection, they realized that our gutters didn't need cleaning; only one drainpipe needed to be unclogged. We were so happy with their service and the way they handled things, however, that we happily paid the origingal quote. They also gave us a very reasonable price quote to clean the outside of our windows. They are coming out early next week for that part of the job. I am very happy with the job they did and, now that I know them, I plan to use them a LOT more in the future. I give them my highest recommendation!
