He explained that he would be able to do the work immediately when he came to view the problem. I declined until I had time to compare his proposal to another estimate. He said he would honor the Angie's List discount if he could come back after making another nearby estimate. I called his cell phone and accepted his proposal. The methodology of his solution seemed to make more sense than the other proposal and he was $25 less. He was here for about 3 hours, then explained in detail how the injected epoxy would solve the problem. So far, so good!

RESIDENTIALTHE CRACK WAS FROM FLOOR TO TOP OF SILL PLATE ABOUT 9FT. LONG. I WATCHED SCOTT FROM BEGINNING TO END OF THE JOB. HE EXPLAINED THE PLACING OF THE PORTS OVER CRACK AND THE SPACING OF THEM. HE THEN SEALED THE ENTIRE CRACK WITH TWO PART EPOXY . HE EXPLAINED THE IMPORTANCE OF MAKING SURE THE CRACK IS SEALED CORRECTLY. HE USED PLENTY OF EPOXY TO SEAL CRACK.EXCELLENT. I WATCHED THE INJECTION GO IN ONE PORT AND THEN COME OUT THE ONE ABOVE. THEN WATCHED IT COME OUT THE SILL PLATE. KNOWING THE WHOLE SEAL WAS FILLED AND SEALED WITH POLY-URETHANE..SCOTT DID A VERY PROFESSIONAL JOB. DID IT QUICKLY. WOULD NOT HESITATE TO USE AGAIN AND WOULD RECOMMEND VALLIERES WATERPROOFING SYSTEM TO ANYONE WITH WATER ISSUES IN BASEMENT WALLS FLOORS.

Gave almost an hour of his time, found some problems, gave advice, didn't charge a dime. Decided we didn't need his system. Unbelievable. Professional, pleasant, very generous.

We were extremely impressed with Scott's service. We were embarking on finishing our basement and realized we had a crack in the foundation which had let some water in. We contacted Scott who was very prompt in evaluating the crack as well as the rest of our basement to ensure there were no other issues to address before the finishing work began. He fixed the crack using poly-urethane injection from floor to ceiling. He is very professional and knowledgeable, and we were very happy with his tremendous service.

After some initial communication problems (linking up thru emails) Scott dropped by. Excellent customer skills, I might add. I showed him the crack in the foundation and pointed out that I had sprayed some sealant on it and had primed all the walls. I didn't know that there was a leak at that time. I then insulated between the studs (I have no idea why this wasn't done long ago when the basement was first finished -- badly). Anyway, I found that the crack leaked. Probably always did. Scott scraped off the primer near the crack, installed epoxy plugs and injected an epoxy sealant. During the entire process he explained what he was doing, why, what potential problems might occur, etc. He did a great job even tho he had to deal with my mistakes. I'm sure it would have been much better if it were bare concrete.

Better than I expected by a long shot. He fixed it same day and did it for less than he originally quoted. His clean up and professionalism is outstanding.

Scott was very understanding of the situation; he was professional, punctual and courteous. He opened up the finished wall to find the source of the leak, then completed the repair with epoxy ports. He kept the area clean and completed the repair in a couple of hours. His explanation of the process used was thorough and he was patient with my questions, etc. His price for the repair was comparable to others. Having had a similar repair completed in a different place a few years ago by a company that is no longer serves our area, it is nice to know that Scott and his family have been in this business for many years. His work is warranted and he is local!

This is the second time we have used Valleires and once again they provided excellent service. He was able to come within a couple of days to provide service. The leak was sealed quickly and tightly. We would definitely use this service again.

Scott Valliere had returned my call within the same day I left a message. He explained his services would not work on cinder block construction but recommended another reputable Angie's List company that we could contact.

We had a crack in the foundation wall of the finished part of our basement. In order to avoid any water damage, we contacted Scott to waterproof the crack. He waterproofed the crack with an epoxy and then sealed it. After that he injected urethane grout into crack to totally seal and waterproof it. Scott was very friendly, punctual and responsive to our concerns. He knew exactly what needed to be done and did it efficiently. The cost was definitely worth the peace of mind knowing there will be no leaks into our basement. We would definitely recommend Scott.

We had an overall good experience. We would have liked a written estimate but Scott charged exactly the amount quoted. The warrantee could be more descriptive, however. We were given a lifetime warranty but the receipt just says money back Warranty with no length mentioned. We would deffinately use this provider again for basement issues.

I left a message for Scott and he returned my call that evening. He did an initial "interview" about our situation over the phone to determine what exactly would be needed. He was able to come out the next morning and actually perform the work we needed done that day. He was knowledgeable, efficient, and neat. We were very pleased with his work and would use him again.
