Description of Work: Last heavy rain, I found a pool of water in the corner of our basement. We are in the middle of renovation and have the carpeting coming in a few days. I spent the morning trying to decide the the best course of action to ensure we don't have this again. Yes, there was pooling water against the exterior of this corner, but even so, the water should not have been coming in. After talking with a plumber and landscape company, and researching on internet and on Angie's List, Vallieres Waterproofing sounded like a good fit. And they were! Scott came out that day, spent a good hour here performing water tests and determined exactly where the water was seeping through. And he accommodated my rush schedule, coming back the next morning to fix it. Scott explained the process thoroughly and showed me his work throughout the process. I am VERY pleased with his workmanship, responsiveness, timeliness, professionalism and price. And most important, he does not take advantage of your situation. The price was a great price for what could have been a very costly repair with other companies.

Description of Work: We thought that we had a crack in our poured foundation that had a small leak. Called Scott Vallieres yesterday at 8:oo AM and he stopped to inspect at 9:00 AM. Made repairs today and found that sewer line was improperly installed 33 years ago. Also found another possible possible sewer opening filled with styrafoam block 6" X 6 " poured into the wall that was leaking. All repair made with costs $50 lower than estimate.

Description of Work: We hired Scott of Vallieres Waterproofing Systems to seal 4 cracks in our poured concrete foundation. Two of the cracks were allowing water to seep in during heavy rain. Scott was prompt in both his estimate and repair, sealed the cracks using ports and a polyurethane injection, and left the area clean. We have had several hard rains since then with no sign of water seepage so far. In addition, he returned two weeks later to remove the ports, advised on painting the wall, and checked out an area in the wood sill that I had noticed showed signs of a previous leak. He advised that the area appeared dry and more than likely the problem had been corrected by previous work done on the exterior siding. I appreciated his professional advice, workmanship, and follow up.

Description of Work: Excavated earth down to basement footing to expose crack in wall. Cleaned the crack and applied waterproofing and shield material to the surface to cover cracked area. Back filled the excavated area to original landscape.
