I had water entering the basement thru a leak around a pipe four feet underground. Scott came out within 90 minutes of my phone call. He chiseled out the old concrete around the pipe, repacked it and applied waterproofing around the pipe. He was prompt, efficient, cleaned the area and made sure that he kept me informed every step that he was taking. Great job - Great results

Scott came out and through trial and error figured out exactly where the leak was. It was a bit frustrating because where the water first showed up was not the source of the leak. After figuring out where the water was actually coming in he repaired the wall.

Mr. Vallieres spent quite a bit of time with us determining the water source for the wet finished basement room. He did so without causing unnecessary damage to the walls or floor. His knowledge was outstanding and using it, we were able to determine the source. He was very fair and did not push any uneeded service. I would highly recommend him.

Fantastic! We've been struggling to stop the water in the basement so that would could begin a rennovation/finish project. Scott showed up for the initial assessment as scheduled, and showed me how his technology and service could help resolve my problems...much cheaper and less time consuming than having to jack-hammer my basement floor to install drainage. He even assessed my landscaping/grading outside of my house to see if there were improvments to be made. Seeing that I had the wrong size downspout converter - he offered me one out of his truck! He didn't have one in his truck, but offered me the metal screws to install one when I got one. What a nice guy! He truly wanted to help me in my situation, and not just sell me a product or a system. His injection/patching method doesn't address the symptom by redirecting water in the basement, it addresses the actual problem - having the water coming into the basement in the first place! Within a day after completing the work - we got a downpour - a record amount of rainfall...not event a droplet came through the areas he fixed! I did find another problem area, that was being masked by the water coming through the previous cracks. No problem! I gave him a call and he came over within the next day or two, patched up the port where the water main was entering the foundation and was done. Since then, central Indiana has posted record numbers for rainfall - daily resetting the record and continuing to push soil above the saturation point...the water simply has no where else to go - but it's not coming into my basement - thanks to VALLIERES WATERPROOFING SYSTEMS! Now I can finally start rennovation of my basement, to make room for a new nursery upstairs.

Mr. Vallieres was a pleasure to do business with. He was very prompt, responsive, and professional. He came out on the day after I called for the estimate and was available to do the job immediately. We waited about 2 weeks because we had to move things around in the basement. He was again available immediately when we called, and the work was completed the next day.

We had a leak in our basement wall from a poor seal around our water supply pipe. We did not know this was the problem before Mr. Valliere came to see us, we just knew we were having water seeping into our basement after heavy rains. Mr. Valliere came out to see us the day we called him and promptly diagnosed the problem and corrected it. Very professional, quality service from a very kind man. He did wonderful work!! We have had several heavy rains since the work was done, and no water has come into our basement.

Scott came for an estimate, gave us the price and was able to do the work that day. He explained everything along the way and showed how the crack was there for a long time, if not from the beginning. He showed how it had been chipped out, caulk applied and cement/mortar covered over it. Over time water made its way through as the prior repair work wasn't sufficient. The method he used to repair the crack was something I'd read about and seemed the best option for my situation. There hasn't been a drop of water since. I was very happy with the way he explained everything, the actual repair and the obvious result. I'd recommend him to anyone.

We had noticed water leaking into the floor of our basement from the wall. Mr. Vallieres came to our home a day or two after we called. He was able to determine the reason (a crack in the foundation wall) the water was leaking in. Two days later he repaired the crack. He is very kind and courteous, explains his repair work in a way we lay people can understand and charges very reasonable prices for the excellent work he does. He is located in Carmel near where we live and has told us that in view of upcoming Spring rains, he will check with us again to make sure the crack is entirely fixed.

Had water seep in through basement wall around water pipe entrance from the outside. The day after Christmas I called Scott and discussed the problem and he was confident he knew how to fix it. He came within 30 minutes of my phone call. He completely worked around our family holiday travel schedule. He came and determined the problem. He fixed it and was done and out within an hour so we could be on our way. It was a wonderful experience and I will use him in the future if needed and refer anyone who has any water issues in their basement.

They didn't provide a quote, they just came out to take a look at what was going on. The experience was ok, we just weren't sure if we wanted to mess with it and take the responsibility. They were prompt and everything, he said he would be here at one time and got here earlier and left me a card then left. I don't think I totally agree with the things that he said. I would not use them again in the future.

Scott provided a competitive bid and was able to fit in my tight schedule. He completed the work expertly within the time allowed and under the original estimate.

Service went very well. Scott was very quick to come out, diagnose the problem, rip out the drywall, and estimate the time and expense it would require to repair.

I called Scott in the morning. He stopped by in a few hours and immediately diagnosed the problem. He came back that afternoon and repaired the crack. He was quick and efficient and cleaned up after he was finished. After nine months there has been no further leakage.

Just want to update that 4 years later the repair is still holding and effective. We have experienced no water leaks and given the amount of rain we have had this spring think this is worth updating.

It took a couple of tries to find a time where our schedules matched - when we did, it was worth it.
